Property was clean and the amenities were great for the price. Only complaint was that dogs are allowed to stay in all rooms and the carpet smelled of pet urine in some areas. Maybe a better way to assign pet rooms would be ideal for people with allergies or just don’t want to stay in a room behind an animal.

Breakfast was delicious and different each of the three mornings we were there. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had a room on the sixth floor with a balcony that overlooked the beach. It was gorgeous. There are beach, umbrellas and chairs, but the cost is $50 a day to rent. The hotel has several pools and a children’s pool children’s splash pad and a hot tub because the variety none of them were ever crowded, the room was clean, orderly, plenty of supplies. When I called down for an extra blanket, it arrived promptly.

Clean room

Mold in ceiling over bed. Ceiling in the shower pealing off into the shower!
-
The air conditioner barely works and no bathroom fan. Who wants to smell someone else poop. The parking was so bad and so small

The beach view was the only positive factor about this hotel. I have never stayed somewhere before where I felt so scammed as I did here. Unfortunately, my family had car trouble, so we had to stay in Myrtle Beach for a few days while the dealership worked on our car. For the two nights, the price came out to $530, which is not terrible, but when I checked in, I had a surprise $100 pet fee, and then parking was not free. The parking was $30 a night (x2), so my total went from $530 to $690, not including tax. I was really hoping for $700; my stay would be worth it. Definitely not, the room stunk of mildew, literal paint chips were falling on us and our belongings from the peeling ceiling. There were mold spots on the ceiling as well. It felt like we were breathing in wet, humid air. The bathroom was extremely outdated, and the bathtub drain was wide open, starting to clog as we showered. Please avoid this place.

Overall our stay was okay. Our room was a little smaller than most, our shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. The tv remote didnt work and the front desk was not a huge help. They did provide extra towels when requested. The sink in the bathroom leaked. The view was amazing from the balcony. The wait for breakfast was rough, waited 45 minutes to make 1 waffle. (We did go for a holiday weekend) everything was out consistently but they were doing their best to keep it full. There was one lady at breakfast was so happy and helpful I wish I got her name. Overall it was just okay.

Pizza took too long

Nice, clean, and the staff was great!

The property was nice, but they left garbage in the 9th floor ice machine room for days. Our room smelled musty. The washing machines could use a cleaning

Avoid this place. A/c didn’t work right. There has been a pot filled with garbage the entire week in the parking lot and there is a major fly issue that will keep you from enjoying dinner. The staff for the most part are friendly but very unhelpful. The floors had stains on it and when we checked in there was no toilet paper or towels and was a major wait to obtain them even after going to the service desk hours after I requested them. My door to my room has to be slammed shut do to malfunctioning door handle and if not checked leaves the door open for anyone to walk in. They have a little shop with very limited items and have run out of anything useful like laundry detergent. Housekeeping does not clean well and won’t pick up your garbage even when left out in the hall for hours.couldn’t do laundry due to no vending machines and no available detergent in shop.not to mention the neighborhood is a bit run down and it is not suggested to walk in at night. There is nothing close other than a Walmart that is only a grocery store.the room said it has balconies but they are just bars no where to walk out and enjoy the view.they advertise to have amenities that they do not have.the lobby looks clean which I feel is deceiving compared to the room.they give you a do not disturb sign that falls off the door as soon as you shut it almost every time.they have a pizza store that advertises a lot of things they are out of.I will never stay in a Hampton inn or Hilton again!

The property is right on the beach with a great view. Several pools to choose from. Parking was expensive for the weekend and breakfast was just OK.

Area stores were close. Walmart swim shops etc..We had 2 very clean bathrooms and the balcony was pleasant as well.. I would stay again.

This hotel definitely gives resort vibes and may have been the best place we’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach. We come EVERY for a weekend only and this time we wish we stayed longer. Great spot‼️

The property is pretty average , it's a bit of a ways from the bustling downtown so you definitely need a car. Breakfast was good , average and pretty standard.
