Staff was amazing and so helpful. Room clean
-
The hot tub was nice and it's inside which I loved. When you arrive be mindful of the entrance, it's very narrow and shallow. Part of the property is on the ocean side but most of it's across the street. The lazy river was nice. We only stayed one night so I would have given more stars but wasn't there long enough for that experience.

Great area and the staff are so nice and attentive.
-
Pool and Lazy River area were very clean and kept up with daily. The only major issue we had was the lack of dishes, pots/pans and utensils provided with the efficiency rooms- we had to be creative with the cooking. Overall for the price we paid, it was a nice place to stay.
-
They charged me 2 deposits for the same room. The second night of the stay we were looking for my sons phone and found a bra, shirt, bottle of juice, and a hairbrush behind and under the bed.

It was a bait and switch! The newly pictured property is beachfront however the old property is across the street and not worth $200+ a night which was where everyone who booked with Expedia ended up. It was a common consistent complaint according to the staff and also why the manager only works weekdays. There were dead bugs and flying black lil bugs in the bathroom. NO bedbugs but enough others. If it wasn’t a beach location it would be less than $100 a night-think Rodeway motel. There is NO ELEVATOR. There was no way to cancel at the property because the manager wasn’t there and all Expedia could do was send an email. I have now deleted the Expedia app because I was out $250 and had to book a better hotel. Lesson learned.
-
Room was okay - small with basic amenities. Toilet was tiny Overall, This can be considered a step above motel. My room was the first floor - noisy and did not help having the hotel laundry room near by
-
The room that I received did not match the pictures. The front desk clerk wasn't any help. The hotel was across the street from the beach. It was not oceanfront
-
Inexpensive place for some shopping

Staff was friendly and the amenities were good. Had a good time. Parking was a little congested.
-
Our room had a water leak in the ceiling, which soaked the bed. It had been patched previously. We had to move to a different room. My granddaughter’s pillow from home was ruined. We were not compensated for our pillow or the inconvenience of moving. The floors in both rooms were very sandy and needed to be cleaned. The staff was nice.

Very nice place to stay and would recommend any family to book with them
-
I would much rather not
-
I wish this hotel was an indoor one, with elevators and breakfast on the main level like others. I don’t like how we had to walk all the way to the lobby to get the little bit of breakfast.
-
I liked this hotel, but there is just one thing: they need to do something about the indoor pool. Since it is enclosed, the chlorine smell is very strong, and the water was very cold—partly because the room temperature itself was quite chilly.
-
Place gave us what we needed for a last minute trip, but definitely misleading from the photos. Not in the best area and more of a motel style stay, which is fine but not necessarily what I was hoping for based on 560 dollars for a stay.
-
The photos are extremely deceptive. This place is not on the beach, and there is NO breakfast! If you want a beach front room, do not book this hotel! I picked this place because of the price point, it was pet friendly, and it was on the beach. When we arrived, I thought I would only be paying around $70 for the resort fees but I ended up paying almost $400. We paid around $70 for the resort fees, $150 for a refundable deposit, and nearly $200 for a pet fee for the three nights we were staying.
