Nothing it’s like overpacked the room wasn’t great the place is filthy had dirty socks by the sink in the bathtub they were somebody else’s dirty socks.. The refrigerator was dirty. It had juice boxes, candy wrappers, and the floor was filthy. Only thing I like was the ocean you walked across the street but the place we slept in I wouldn’t recommend

Great front desk staff
-
Pool beach was close the people That I wasn't told about the jacuzzi across the street
-
Staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. It felt like a bait and switch with the online pictures and what you get. I couldn't sleep at night with the gnats or drain flies landing on my face all night. When I contacted expedia I was told that the manager would get back to me in up to 72 hours regarding a refund. I was also told that my room would be cleaned, that must have a 72 hour wait period as well. Once you check in, they trap you and your money. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.

Good location , nice pools without having to many restrictions , elevator worked good , full size refrigerator with mini stove/oven , plates and cookware supplied. Nice stay .... will book again
-
no breakfast offered, floor in the room needed better cleaning, water pressure was low.

This is an older property that provides basic lodging. I stayed there when my flight was delayed 17 hours, canceled as a practical matter. It appeared to be the least expensive option near the airport. The room I had was a studio with a kitchenette and functional whirlpool tub.
-
Room floors were sandy, it had flies, fruit flies, and roaches. Only good thing the bed sheets and towels were absolutely clean. However, no House keeper never came to clean my room the entire time I was there. Charge a $30 fee a day to use beach chairs and umbrellas separate from the $20 a day resort fee. Also, don’t offer beach towels. Not a good area for Myrtle Beach Attraction Stay. Good for passing through stay. Beach is directly across the street. This area looks deserted with some abandoned hotels in the area. Also have drug addicts and prostitution in the area. No one stole anything from my room. Staff is ok, some don’t seem happy. There is a Walmart right behind the property and a breakfast diner down the street. 7 mins from airport. For Myrtle Beach Attraction, everything is a 10-15-20 minutes drive depending on where you’re going. I did have a great time as far as the Attractions goes. I would not recommend.

Very good

Had fleas in room, sand on floor, paint pealing in bath room, had a security deposit, that I have yet to see refunded???? Ck out after the first night just not what you would expect from a Wyndham property! Property desk claim no refunds due to third party booking!!!! Had to book last minute room that day! Saturday in Myrtle Beach Sc!!! Was a total mess, extra cost and still not sure if I will get my refund on the days not used, but I am sure the hotel will rebook the room to another

Think there was mold by the toilet and me as a professional housekeeper around the bottom of the toilet wasn’t cleaned at all
-
The rooms that they show on Expedia is their sister property. The rooms are disgusting and have ROACHES. You can only reach management through email! The hotel was so bad that we checked in and immediately checked out! Travelers BEWARE!!! Just book another hotel!
-
Dont do it. Mold in the bathroom, filthy floors and we didn’t have hot water half of the trip.
-
Floors weren’t very clean when we arrived. The pictures definitely made the place look a lot nicer than it actually is. The outside pool is nice and they have an indoor option in case thunder and lightning roll in so you can continue swimming. Maintenance staff was nice but the staff at the check in counter weren't very personable.

Room was clean

The location is great but it could use a renovation. AC worked great. Showers need some work. No water pressure. Good kitchen set up. Full refrigerator we used. Pool area was good and well maintained. The pictures posted worked its magic as it made pool and lazy river look so much bigger.

I really like the location as it was just a walk across the street to get to the beach. And I like the fact that there was a mini kitchen in the room even though we didn’t use it it’s nice to have the option to cook for yourself during your stay. I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I didn’t like that there was a second entrance to the room. I didn’t know that there were two different buildings when I booked so I was surprised to find that there was a building on the beach and one across the street. And I didn’t like the roaches. I saw a few the following morning as we were preparing to leave.

The rooms have gnat infestation, the shower heads and faucets need to be replaced you can see the mold on it, they advertise free breakfast only to find out that’s not the case, Expedia only shows the ocean front property the property has two buildings across the street from each other and I’m assuming that they are nicer because they are the oceanfront property, the 80 resort fee is not worth it, they have signs that say vending and ice machines but to only find out there is no vending machines so bring your snacks, the mattress needs to be replaced cause it was hard and lopsided, when I checked out the lil boy never even asked me how my stay was, and I get the mini fridge but take it off the floor it can still be a mini fridge on a table, the microwave needs to tossed over the rail
