Very unkept

Owner was very involved with us. Friendly staff, very helpful. Our air was broken and the fridge and he replaced it immediately. Enjoyed our stay for the week.

This is normally our go to for quick stays, however this is the worst it’s ever been. Rooms were not clean, staff was not helpful, the rooms were falling apart, sand in the bed, even the staff at the front desk was clueless. Then our key stopped working and were locked out of room so we had to go back to the beach after being out there for about 8 hrs waiting on lock smith. Management did not offer anything while we waited. The whole trip I had to search for toilet paper, towels, etc. I am very disappointed from check in to checkout.

This was a good place to stay. We talked with the staff before arriving because we were going to be late for check in because of a family emergency. When we arrived they were very nice and checked on the emergency. The pool was good, enough room for everyone. The room was what I expected. They are under new management and are updating things so I think it will be better as they keep going. I love that it was right on the beach and easily accessible. I would stay here again.

Location was nice, employees I dealt with checking in & out were nice AC was in room so didnt cool front of area, Had to park across street have small children, no microwave, 1 plug in room w 2 beds and it didnt work properly, 1 towel for 6 adults, toilet lid broken, bedroom door didnt shut unless slammed,

It was close to the beach!! That’s it!! Everything else about it was a complete disappointment!! The pictures they showed online are a complete false advertisement!! The rooms were dirty and nasty! The dishes and linens were filthy!! One of the ladies at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful!! They tried to charge us for an extra night and tried to make us leave a day early they said that booking.com messed it up but that was not the case! I had all my receipts and they still tried to argue with me about it!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! We still made the best of our family trip but this hotel is a joke!! Also the pool looked and smelled like pee!! The only thing I liked about this motel was being with my family and being so close to the beach!!

Dirty, mold, bugs The only thing good about this place was it is next to the beach
-
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Has beach view as described room was clean. Will consider staying here again if I return to Myrtle Beach.

Nothing to do with the photos, it has a horrible smell, the drain doesn't work and it's also in bad condition.
-
Overall good just the pool was crowded everyday from open to close

The rooms smelled fresh and clean, no bugs or critters. Kitchen wasn't fully furnished with utensils to eat with, but I asked and they gave us forks and spoons, also had to give us a microwave. Whoever is doing the painting and remodeling is not good. The tub and shower looked a mess. I could bring myself to use it, so sink baths were done. Beds were comfy and the area seemed safe, we were right on the beach and the main strip. Parking was weird, all the spots near the building stayed full, so I had to park on the lot across the street. It is not fancy, but good for the low price. Also there is a 100 dollar cash deposit at checking. They do not provide irons or breakfast.

In addition to the room being in very poor condition—with a bad odor, a noisy air conditioner that did not cool the room, a clogged sink, a refrigerator that did not work, torn curtains, and a worn-out, neglected room—we also experienced a serious problem with the billing. Our Booking.com reservation clearly stated the final price. However, we were charged $37.50 more than the amount shown in the reservation. When we asked for an explanation, the front desk clerk claimed that the extra amount was a tax that was not displayed on Booking.com. He also told us that if we were not happy with it, we could simply cancel our reservation. After a lengthy argument, the front desk clerk agreed to refund us $20. However, even after this supposed refund, there was still an unexplained difference of $17.50 above the price shown in our reservation. Moreover, although he claimed that the refund had been processed, it never actually appeared on our credit card. In the end, we paid $37.50 more than the price clearly stated in our reservation. A sign in the lobby states that the hotel is under new management. If this is the policy of the new management, I will leave it to every reader to draw their own conclusions.

Nice affordable hotel with option to get room oceanfront. All staff were over the top helpful and friendly. Pool is fun. Vending machines for late night snackies. Will stay here if we go back to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for the stay. Also, my son thought 2 rooms was just about the coolest thing ever. He had his own room.

Had a few problems once we got there but they fixed it the same day I will stay there again
-
Close to the beach and activities Other guests being rude like put in buns in the pool and I had to agure with a lady about my stay
-
The rooms were very nasty when we got there. No where at all to park!! Pool is very small for all the people that they let come in! They call it dirty Myrtle for a reason! Last day we were there. I took my kids on the beach at night. Well that didn’t last long because there was a couple having sex on the beach!

The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The lamps didn't work, the bedspread had holes in it, the bathtub looked dirty, and the ceiling had large stains that were absolutely disgusting. Things got even worse the next morning when I tried to take a shower. One of the faucets broke, causing water to flood the entire room. I had to call the front desk twice before someone finally came to shut off the water. By that point, the water was already flowing out the front door. To make matters worse, while checking out, I overheard another guest complaining about bed bugs in their room. I'm being completely honest—do not stay at this place. I travel a lot, and I have never had such a bad experience anywhere I've stayed.

Sometimes being cheap ends up costing you more in the long run. It’s not worth it.

We went during construction that we weren't warned about... All night we heard beep beep beep and had no access to the beach and we paid extra for ocean front view... We were told (and I have it recorded) they would refund us if we checked out bc of it for the time we don't stay.... We packed our car up ... Went and fully checked out, all to be told afterwards no refunds... Not a trustworthy place at all! We were planning on rebooking when construction was over, but after being lied to we will never book there again!!!
