To old place not clean

First, I was charged twice for my stay, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Customer service was completely lacking, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. The room itself was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the refrigerator didn’t work at all, making it impossible to keep drinks or food cold. Between being double charged, dealing with rude staff, and staying in a dirty room with broken amenities, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I expected much better and cannot recommend staying here.

Would not stay there again.

Absolute hole. We've stayed in varying levels of hotels/motels over the years. Some really fancy and some low level places. We had one in Surrey BC Canada that held the spot of absolute worst for about 15 years. That is until we stayed at this absolutely disgusting dumpster fire of a place. It was filthy. I'm still shocked how gross the place was, both inside and out. I will never stay somewhere to save money again, I have officially learned my lesson after this stay. I'm not sure what the laws are about not having a functioning elevator but I'm pretty sure there are some sort of laws on it. It didn't work when we were there and we happened to chat with a member of housekeeping and asked how long it had been broken at that point and they hesitated to tell us but said it had been a few months!!!!!! So it doesn't seem they have any intention of getting it fixed if they've already went that long not caring at all about guests and also very importantly their STAFF! Housekeeping going up and down 4 floors every day in those dark, dank, pee smelling stairwells. Ours had broken glass on them that no one cleaned up in the almost week we were there. We pushed it aside with the soles of our shoes as best we could. Hideous people own this pile of trash. Beware.

Facilities need some touch up but overall ok

The people was very very kind and professional when we checked in it was just Davis courtesy and explain to us and showed us around the property and it was pretty nice place to stay

The only reason I am so low on stars is the air conditioning didn’t work that good. And the floors in the rooms are a little nasty but overall it was a good trip

The floor was filthy. The shower would blow water out onto the floor the toilet tank was cracked with a small leak. The dehumidifier dumped water out as soon as I turned it on. Breakfast was either waffles, toast or cereal, and coffe for a beverage only, not enough choices in my opinion. The shampoo, & bodywash were empty when we got there. The bottle of hand soap on the wall was just hanging there.

trash was piled in the hall way, everything was dirty. it smelled of pot everywhere. glad we only stayed one night. I would not stay here again.

When I first checked in the girl at the desk was very nice and helpful, but for the rest of my stay, the other girls that work there were very snotty and seemed like I imposition them when I needed toilet paper or something that type also the floors and everything in our room were filthy. My granddaughter had black feet every day from walking on the floor.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The smell of Marijuana filled our room at night. There was sound of people fighting at night It was so dirty that we would not even eat the free breakfast.

Beachfront access The staff does not answer their phones for questions, mold and roaches in the room. Loud drunk people in the swimming pool and the front desk did not address the problem. Breakfast fell short and was not great. Not worth more than $50/night. The phones in the room only had half the buttons and did not work, the bathrooms have holes in the walls and need redone. The body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Towels are scarce. No better than a motel 6 and was truly disgusted by the end of the trip.

The room was not clean, the breakfast was just waffles and cereal, did not have to deal with the staff because we could not wait to get out of there, the pictures on line was deceiving. Never coming back to use Days inn.

Not a bad time however. People working there are doing their best.
