Great location Fire alarms been covered over breakfast was rubbish there is basic then there is basic one if waffle machines don’t work didn’t provide us with enough towels 1 set between 3 people for 2 nights and shower gels was Completely empty we had to ask For more towels and shower gel

Everything was absolutely amazing.

Close to beach. The king bed could have been in the room closer to ocean. Woul have been nice to have a kitchenette.

Nothing really! It was very filthy! Blood Stains on the walls. Very outdated. The pictures that are used to promote don’t match up with how the rooms really look!

There was a resort charge when I arrived that I didn't know about when I checked in. Trash was placed at the end of the walkway overnight (Smell of Beer as I walked into my room ) . Kitchenette, but no microwave in room.

We were early and the room wasn't ready but I felt we could have been treated better.

The things we liked had little to do with the hotel itself. The beach, location, etc. were great, but the facilities of the hotel were very run-down and NOT acceptable. Not sure why it had the rating it did, but it was not adequate. The hotel was very run-down and not well maintained. Very disappointed and considered leaving to find a better place to stay. Most of the staff were very friendly. The manager was NOT friendly at all.

We seen a roach. The sheets had yellow stains on cover and red on sheets ask staff too get new ones they had attitude like they don’t appreciate the job they have come knocked at door at 9 kept asking when leaving check out wasn’t till 11

Didn't like it at all Ever surface that you had to touch had not been cleaned. I had to clean everything myself. I'm 72 years old and that was a dirty room. There are a lot of work for what I paid. I ended up getting sick and hadn't leave Wednesday and Wednesday night. I ended up with a emergency room with the virus.

Cabinets was old , doors out of square my friend said we had bed bugs , the door was very hard to latch shut water was coming from bathroom light we was in room 318 we had to leave bathroom light off cause water And electricity doesn’t go Together pictures online were deceiving will not stay there no more
