Es limpio el lugar loque en algunos lados del hotel huele mal como a pescado podrido ose porque pero por lo demás si está bien es un buen lugar para estar en familia el personal que lo resive aúno si son amables el personal de limpieza como que son medios amargados mole puede pedir ago que necesita uno porque reponen una cara de molestos pero por lo general es un buen hotel

The room was clean and the staff was very patient with me. The view of beach was amazing.

Off to a rocky start by third party booking. Was put in smaller hotel. Staff in larger hotel was accommodating and changed our room to the main larger hotel. Staff also helped us find our car in covered garage. Overall would return.

We absolutely loved our stay in Myrtle Beach! This was so much more than just a hotel room—it was basically a furnished 2 bedroom apartment. We had a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a washer and dryer, and they even had a vacuum! Having all of those little conveniences made such a difference, especially traveling with our family. The location was PERFECT! We were right at the beach and close to all of the attractions, restaurants, and things we wanted to do. We could spend the day out exploring and be back at the beach or in our room without having to drive forever. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The price was way more affordable than I thought it would be which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re looking for a family-friendly place in Myrtle Beach that feels more like home than a hotel, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! 🌴🌊

Un lugar muy bonito y limpio la verdad pasamos unos días increíbles con todo lo que ofrece el hotel y sus alrededores

We stayed in the Jamaican building. The location was right on the beach with a pool right outside of the building. What I didn't like was that most of the amenities were walking distance from our hotel, but we have mobility issues, so accessibility was hard and we were not able to park closer. I noted our mobility issues in my reservation and made the front desk aware once I saw the distance; but she stated that in order to accommodate us we would have to pay an additional $140. The details on their site did not explain that it was several towers and the distance from the amenities that they promoted. Had I been made aware on the site; we could have made adjustments to our reservations prior to arriving. Another problem was there were only about 6 parking spaces on the side of the building and overflow parking was across the street. So now we have to get our luggage from the parking lot, across the street and to the hotel with mobility issues. We parked on a spot very close to the building-just to get our luggage in; but before we could come back out to move our vehicle, the front desk was calling to inform us that we could not park there. She didn't allow us 15 minutes to see if we were going to move before calling. We had literally taken our luggage up, got back in the vehicle and were parking in the lot across the street when she called. Really?! This would not be my choice of hotel again unless I am with my husband or book a room in the other building.

Experience bedbug with bedbugs in the bed this was horrible.

The bathrooms were not clean , the floor was dirty, the hallway smells really bad

The staff was polite.

That it wasn’t in the busy part. And Katie at the front desk was awesome! I really don’t have much to say that I didn’t like.

The location was good. It was quiet and we enjoyed it being able to walk to the beach and walk to good locations to eat. The elevators could be updated. They are pretty sketchy and hot. The elevator in the parking garage did not work properly most of the time.

Staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The price was a good value. Will book again if we are back in Myrtle Beach.
