Location I had been to the hotel .any times for golf outings. This time we were in the Jamacian In̈n witch was very poor. The mattresses were very bad, the floor was filthy, and bedding was stained. On the last evening we had a loud banging coming from the bathroom a 11 in the evening. Maintenance thought it was inside the wall coming from above, probably a shower. It stopped by 11:30 but started again at 5:30 the next morning.

Check-in was very easy and the staff was helpful. Their communication via texts were outstanding. They kept us informed and updated. The registration parking area was very crowded during check in and check out times but the parking lot was across the street and it was free. We stayed on the Jamaican side. The rooms were alittle dated but clean and spacious. The elevators were quick and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Our room was oceanfront and the view of the beach was beautiful. It was easy access to the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, and the hot tubs. The resort provided towels for our us to use. The beach was a very short walking distance from the resort. The resort is located in a good area and very convenient to Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's Icecream, and nearby restaurants and stores. We will stay at the Carribbeaan Resort again and will definitely recommend it to others. The cost to stay here was very reasonable and worth every penney. It was alot to do here and we felt we got our money's worth.

The room was nice and clean and the view was amazing. I did feel like the hot tubs wasn't as clean as the pools at times. I love the place. I have returned every year the last four years

Jamaican building.ia out dated a little. Thats about it, ky sister & i had a wonderful time while staying there.

The proximity to the beach was all I needed and wanted and it was wonderful

There were some things I thought could be cleaner, but the towels were clean and not stained up, the sheets were clean from what I could tell (I personally don’t sleep under any hotels sheets), but overall I’d stay here again! Absolutely loved that I could message staff and get a reply within minutes with help or help in the way!!! Staff were very nice!!

Not satisfied at all

Nothing in the room worked. Told front desk and nobody came Nothing was good. Sheets felt dirty.

Great location. Very clean and stylish rooms. Many elevators that all worked very quickly.

The hotel was better overall few years back!
