Great stay

Great hotel and location, a bit expensive but it was something we wanted to do for a long time

Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were dirty. Sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open and close.

Fantastic condo and staff. Loved our experience

The room was clean, the staff could have been friendlier, the pool area and beach access was awesome. Room service didn’t start till 830. Overall experience was great. The physical address, is perfect for being near all the major attractions, such as boardwalk and giant Ferris Wheel. Parking was good you can park half a block away for free. You can unload next to office when checking in.

Room itself was updated but the toilet did not flush properly and there was some debris on the floors. Outside is outdated and the parking situation felt unsafe. There was actual feces on the sidewalk right outside the hotel. Would not stay again

Fortunately, the room was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. The resort was in a quiet and safe part of the stretch of beach. It is said you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I would probably give them a chance to do so. They did provide options to account for the late check-in.

I wish we could have stayed longer. We just did one night this stay. Excellent location and great rooms. Only downfall is check in when parking is not so good. Long wait times to unload your car, make sure you pack your patience also! This was our second stay here. Also our neighbors decided to have a sing along around midnight and I had to beat on the wall to get them to knock it off, guess the walls are thin.

Welcoming, efficient front desk staff. Super clean room, with plenty of space. The entire hotel was clean and peaceful.

Great stay and location. Flew in and used an uber and was able to walk to many delicious restaurants and enjoy 3 days! Resort provided DVD rentals which was fun to have!

Suggestions, the bath tub shower was awesome, but a little difficult to get in and out of due to the hight and thickness of the tile surrounding. Streaming on the TV's were nonexistent. Which sucked when we were trying to relax inside. The bar staff was amazing and helpful which made us want to hand out longer, but selection was kinda slim. They did close the access from the beach to the pool area 5 minutes early. Not sure what the policy is. The lack of dining options was kind of a let down as well. Though, every staff person, from check-in, valet, bar and random staff members throughout were amazing.

Our room was nice and clean. The Staff was great. We had a partial oceanview and street view and we really enjoyed it.
