Very nice

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Its right on the beach free parking and close to stores and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and friendly

The rooms were quiet. The ocean view was exceptional. The location was great. Cleaner floors. A better working shower. A cleaner coffee pot.

Lovely and quiet place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Easy access to the spacious pools and beach. Room was clean and spacious and well appointed-had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only small complaint was the WiFi was not speedy and was unsecured and the huge television was standard with no capacity for streaming.

I had an amazing time at the Hilton, everything was fabulous the room was clean and relaxing with a view of the beach, I have stayed at other hotels in Myrtle Beach but the Hilton is my new home and I will only stay at their property when I visit Myrtle Beach. You should provide your smoking guests a place to be out of the weather. The coffee shop was okay, but not a place you could get something to eat. The room was nice and the bed was okay. The cleaning staff were exceptional. Also the spa was nice, but not the best I have seen. You need a hot tub in the spa.

proximity to the beach The room was dreadful. The bathroom was horrible. There was a chip in the tub, broken pieces off the ceiling. It looked like the cabinet was rotting out. I needed maintenance twice. And the maintenance people were rude to my wife. I wasn’t there. I went down to complain because the bathtub was filled to the top would not drain. Wife couldn’t take a shower so the maintenance guys came up was rude to her, found out that the stopper was stuck down in the bottom had problems with the stove. Tried to relocate to a different room the next day the lady at the front desk was rude. She told me that the cleaning people were very busy yet it was 11 12 o’clock and my room wasn’t even cleaned. Said there were no rooms only two bedrooms. I know that was not true. She was rude to me. I finally just went back to my room later she called me about relocating I had enough of it didn’t want to talk to her anymore. I suffered through it. It’s kind of like camping. That’s what I said. I’m gonna get through it.

Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms were well appointed, spacious and clean. Very comfortable suite.

The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly but as soon as they realized I had booked thru a third party they were not willing to help resolve any problems I had with the reservation or a future reservation that had been booked.

Enjoyed everything the staff was friendly, very nice and pleasant, assisted with needs to get around the area with suggestions.

Everything was great

We have stayed here several times and love it. The only complaint we have this time was there were no carts for us to use but valet had a whole room full of them and they were quite rude. First year we had this problem

Exceptional

Liked the free miniature golf

but when it was time to go to bed.. the sheets were gritty n a a small stain was found.. it was late as the front desk offered to send someone up to change the linen.. but we had a 3am departure and just used the towels to sleep on..

An AMAZING Hotel! The room was immaculate and drop dead gorgeous! Wish we could have stayed longer😞

It was a nice clean room. Exactly what my family was looking for. Would choose this property again.
