Fairfield Inn by Marriott Myrtle Beach Broadway at the Beach

Breakfast and coffee were great. Atmosphere control wasn't connected to the ac, which was very old, smelly and medium loud. Linens were dated and room was so so clean.

The rooms were good here, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Boxed eggs is not as good as fresh scrambled eggs. I wanted waffles, but they stopped serving them early for some unknown reason.

I arrived around 11pm and the desk couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating.

Staff was amazing.

The hotel & rooms were clean my unpleasant experience, room next-door door was not working. I’m assuming so they had maintenance come and work on the door where they were working for in half an hour banging drilling knocking, I think it would’ve been a great idea for them to at least let us know in advance. Someone would be working on the door and let us have the opportunity to leave or either move us to another room. Then we’ll be called down. they said another 30 minutes, but it still was another hour and not to even offer to move us to another room or to stop I think was insensitive.

The breakfast was terrible. The property is in need of updates, and the shower did not drain properly.

Friendly, inclusive, diverse atmosphere felt extremely welcomed and staff was extremely kind.
