Everything were perfect

Again, this was incredibly inconveniencing to our family. We spoke to multiple staff members who were unable to help us and said our only way was to outreach to you. I have tried to email and call without success. Please let us know how we can be refunded as we checked out Thursday morning and had to find additional lodging elsewhere. Thank you.

The bathroom door was like a closet folding door with no lock. It was an issue with a 2 year old. They had no cribs. There was no vent in the bathroom so we had to do our makeup in the room without the light we needed that the bathroom had since the bathroom was always fogged up. The outside door by our room did not work with our cards. It always smelled like Marijuana in the parking lot by the apartments nearby. I did not like this place at all. We even asked them to clean once and all they did was take the trash out. We stayed for 3 days. We did not even get items to last for 3 days. I think we paid more to be by the pool, and I would not call that by the pool either not that we even used it.

The price was good and close to the airport

The property was old it was not what I expected the bathroom could have used a better cleaning and the furniture was outdated the rugs needs to be vacuumed, but the beds were comfortable and it suited its purpose for the night and actually the pool is really nice but idk if it’s used the kids liked making breakfast, not a bad stay.

Staff was not accommodating in getting new room at different location when ALL LIGHTs were out ....THEY BASICALYY DID NOT CARE . I felt UNSAFE and had to LEAVE the property . They NEVER refunded my money .. I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Awesome staff! Clean comfortable rooms!

I wanted to take a swim, but the pool looked very dirty. However, I did not inquire about it. Perhaps it is just badly stained. At any rate did not look appealing. The bench is outside were soaked from rain and no one bothered to dry them off during my stay. You’re smoking area is uncovered so if it is raining, you can’t smoke. Obviously I’m smoking. People are preferred at the hotel. The front desk staff was absolutely excellent. So friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. when I booked the room, I specifically looked for hotels near the Myrtle Beach airport with free shuttles to the airport. This hotel came up on that list so I booked it. When I arrived, I found out there was no shuttle to the airport so I had to pay another Uber fee on my trip.

They did not have the rooms that I booked available. It was hard to get into the building to check in. The bathrooms were not clean. The tubs were very dirty and nasty.

Nice and Quiet

Convenient location. It was dingy, there was mildew all inside of the tub. No locks on the bathroom doors. Several exterior doors were inoperative. One elevator was inoperative, the other, near our room was loud. Breakfast was subpar. I chose this place because we arrived early for a stay at another hotel. It had a 7.8 rating on hotels.com. I thought it would be passable.

Stayed 4 days and they never cleaned our room breakfast was cold so was the coffee toaster was broken had to hold it down for it to work hallway floors were dirty never saw anyone vacuuming there hallways ac didn’t work properly

The room itself was ok. It's close to all the attractions. Staff should keep a BETTER eye on breakfast and buy at least two more 4 toater holders...there was ONLY ONE! The bed mattresses were so super soft and lumpy. The pillowsare super soft and need replacements--beds will need to be replaced asap. The light and desk wall socket did not work. OVERALL THREE STARS. THE STAFF WAS KIND. There was hot food.

Nice facility outside but there is only one working elevator for the whole property which sucks. Breakfast area and lobby could have been cleaner. Over all staff are friendly.

Staff was awesome. Coming back next trip

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only downfall was we were right by the elevator and you could hear it through the wall everytime it moved.
