Staff was great

Clean room, easy parking

The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement. The furniture was dated, dented, and edges were peeling. Two staff members were at the front desk talking about how rooms were missed on cleaning and they hadn't inspected the ones that were cleaned. We could not even stay the first night. I'll be persuing a full refund.

Clean rooms. Staff are approchable. It has great spot for outdoor activities.

Pool area was dirty

The clean room was good, the staff had been great but the carpets were too dirty .

More maintenance

Rooms also need upgrading. No USB ports near beds and only 1 receptacle that was being used for the lamp.

Was an ok hotel, the bed was comfortable..frozen personal pan pizzas were $8.75

The rooms were clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. It's in a great location. The bathroom tub needs to be updated, it felt like it was uneven but the water pressure was good. I would stay again.

Hectic check-in. Lobby crowded with a team of some kind and you couldn’t get in. Got card key and dropped off bags and left for event venue. When I got back and went into the room I saw hairs on the bathroom counter. And the sink had toothpaste still in it. I mentioned the hair to the desk clerk around 6:30 when I went out to get dinner and his response was why didn’t you say something when you checked in(4:00 and again in and out due to event) Very rude and dismissive. Other staff was good. Parking good. Did not eat breakfast there. Over all the room was dusty (top of tv) there was hair in the refrigerator, the ice bucket was not clean. It was acceptable for a place to come in sleep and leave but could definitely use work for the evening desk person and housekeeping could be better Checkout clerk was very good

de junio. 1- Habitación sucia,….. y falta de mantenimiento. Necesita remodelación, carpeta con hoyos, y la lista continua…. 2-El personal algunos no parecen trabajadores por su vestuario y muy entretenidos con el celular y no muy atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. 3-Desayuno lo mismo todos los días… No existe la variedad….. el mismo huevo y la misma salchicha. 4-El parqueo es pequeño pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrar espacio.

They can do a little better on the breakfast.

Dirty room

Good location. Great staff. Breakfast is very basic, they can do better. Some areas in the hotel need to be cleaned.
