Very close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was down, the eggs and sausage were gone & not replenished timely. There was NO butter (ran out), no water, no bagels or cream cheese, no grits or oatmeal

When you eat Breakfast they want you to eat at the lounge down stairs you can't bring your food to your room they will charge you 10 dollars if you do.Im confuse because if you bring food from the outside its the same thing.You can't stop people from eating in the room.Thats all kim The bathroom need upgrade little.The beds are comfy

Location; it was close to Broadway, the price was reasonable and they had breakfast. It was a little outdated. Rooms need to be updated.

Location was fine. Breakfast was not great. The bedding, especially the midget pillows. I've never paid a deposit for a hotel. Should have used another. Not having it returned within 24 hours of leaving is ridiculous. Not even a sample hand lotion. Breakfast was horrible...no bacon, cold eggs etc.

The room unfortunately found bed bugs at that property. Manager didn't even speak to us when we went up front about it. Didn't compensate anything from our stay for finding bed bugs. Stay at La Quinta on N. Kings Highway it's better hotel.

Location and the price was lower which was great due to high cost of living now days. The tv didnt work. Staff came in to fix it but it still didnt work. When you cut off the lights the tv shut off. You could only watch tv with the lights on. Staff said that room had had issues before.

The location was great very close to everything I needed. The room was very dirty, toilet had hair and stains on it, and the bed had a brown hand print stain on it. And when I checked in the woman specially said don’t get mad with me if the room isn’t clean please get mad with room service. And I thought that was a joke but sadly it wasn’t. Tub was dirty. The breakfast area was dirty no spray was out to keep the waffles from sticking together after about 2 1/2 hours of breakfast someone did finally come clean the areas around the breakfast off. It was so bad a man picked up the utensils looked at the filth then grabbed a regular plastic spoon and scooped up his own eggs.

We were so close to all attractions. Perfect location. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that they allowed dogs. Wonderful experience. The pool could have been cleaner and the breakfast options could have been more. I know the breakfast area is small, but having different options daily would be great.

Safe hotel in nice area, next to nice restaurants. Room was half-clean and breakfast was sub-par. I felt safe, but would not choose to stay here again.

We had a late check in, 11:40pm didn’t get to the counter and finished until 12:30am. I already booked a room. One person working. We were told no more rooms were available, a call was made and was told they had some rooms left. A room was assigned, when we got to the room, the mattresses were off the bed, not made, pillows in the bathroom, smelled of cleaning supplies. Went back to front desk, another room was assigned, we found an open water bottle, crack In the ceiling, things were randomly placed in the room. Corners of the bathroom were dirty, no caulk, shower head was eye level, doors all beat up, elevators were janky and unsafe. Random guy taking pictures of 14 years girls at the pool, police had to be called. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Will not be staying at this hotel again.
