Holiday Inn Express Myrtle Beach-Broadway at the Beach by IHG

Good

The pillows had no substance to them, my head went right through and onto the mattress. The mattress for the king sized bed I got was very firm, like sleeping on concrete. The staff was lovely and the continental breakfast was fabulous, they had a great variety. One thing about my room was that my air conditioner was leaking the entire time so there was a constant and loud dripping noise, which made it hard to sleep. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear every word my neighbors said. But the pool and jacuzzi were nice too.

Very clean and easy to find

very new and clean

the bath tub was very slippery, asked for a tub mat, she gave me a floor towel to use, I don't think so, said that was all she had!!! The air conditioner had it cold in there, tried to turn it down but it wouldn't do it, had to turn it off before we froze!!! The remote control had no back for the batteries, they keep falling out!!! I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express, but never had such a bad experience, will never go back to this one!!!

Room was very clean, breakfast had a multiple items to pick from GREAT!

Coffee 24 hours, clean rooms

Nice room and close to airport.

Great room great breakfast great great coffee. Awesome staff.

Located close to the broadway at the beach mall, which has everything.

The receptionist at the front desk from 3 to 11. She’s amazing

Everything was amazing i will be back this my place to stay for now own

Toilet running and AC operating intermittent, loose taps and missing Dove products in shower,, water flow was good

Pretty good hotel with free breakfast and parking! The bed was comfortable as well.

They did not make our booking . Arrived to no room and had to pay double to get a room. check in was so unhelpful, we were just left standing there with no active help . Really disappointing service from all parties.

Very good

Staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and respectful pleasant. Rooms and common areas were clean but elevators looked worn and dirty

They did not make our booking . Arrived to no room and had to pay double to get a room. Staff member at check in so unhelpful, we were just left standing there with no active help.

Reserved a King room, we were given a 2 Queen room. When we asked about it, they said it was over sold and they didn’t have what we’d reserved. Property is ok, nothing special or overly nice but ok.

Complained 3 times about it and nothing was done. People cooking on homemade grills in the parking lot at 11pm🙄 Not interested in staying at this property again
