Tristan was friendly and fast. Tristan was able to answer my questions and offered assistance if I had any issues. I also liked the little snack bags and breakfast.

Nice property from the outside. Decent breakfast in the morning. The first room I was giving (603) smelled horribly of cat urine. Smell so strong that you would think a lion had been trapped in there for 3 days! I immediately got a different room which was on the first floor directly across from the housekeeping closet. Nothing like 10 linen carts lined up right outside your door! I've seen much better as far as Hampton Inn goes.

2 out of 3 desk personnel were helpful. Bathroom shower seemed unclean with pitiful shower curtain, shower faucet and shower head not operating right. Shower head was replaced by maintenance though. Smell of mold next to bed.rooms need major overhaul.

Location I liked everything about the facility.

Rooms need to be updated, as our room smelled musty/wet front desk provided us with an odor eliminator drain also was slow.

This hotel is clean, convenient & well maintained. The staff is very nice also.

I loved how close it was to everything.

Although very affordable, the floor and linens were wet when we arrived due to poorly finished carpet shampooing. We were never checked on for linens or cleaning services because we had a dog. The bathrooms had rust and some mold and not fully cleaned. The staff however were nice although not good at maintaining the food at the breakfast area.

Great location, of course. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was just okay, but no complaint, really-it’s included and it’s nice to have hot food waiting when you get up, so all good there.
