Love the 7th floor pool deck. Great views of the ocean and don't have to get all sandy. Nice indoor pool area. Restaurant onsite. Condos are always updated and clean! There's always issues with the bottoms not working. There's 4 on the pool deck and only 1 had working jets

The staff at this place was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is great because it’s close to restaurants and other fun activities. Plus, the beach access is fantastic. We had a wonderful time during our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and unwind.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and very helpful So how wasn't going to write a bad review about this place even though there were french fries on the floor in one of the rooms and the floor felt like it wasn't being swept in a while and we only spent one night there and we didn't order any food that had to french fries but we had red rice and chicken but I have to write a complaint because we accidentally left a phone in our room so I talked to one of the staff and I told them that I would come and pick it up between Wednesday September 16th or Thursday September 17th and they said okay so I came on September 16th to come pick it up and they told me that they cannot get my phone because the person Shannon left my phone in the safe and it can't give out the password even though I told her I would be there between today and tomorrow so as of right now I am not happy about that because I have to stop what I'm doing tomorrow morning to come pick it up and mind you something came up so that's why I also came September 16th to pick it up

We really enjoyed our stay here! They staff was all friendly, and the place was very clean! Check in/ out was easy and the stay was peaceful.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The outside of the building had me nervous at first but overall it is a nice place to stay. I will definitely book a room there again.

The resort’s pools, lazy river, and beachfront access were spotless and beautifully maintained, giving us endless ways to unwind throughout the day. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the comforts we needed for a perfect getaway. The on‑site dining options were convenient and delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful yet full of life. What truly sets Grande Shores apart is the sense of care—they don’t just offer a place to stay, they create an experience. Every detail, from the amenities to the hospitality, made us feel valued and at home. We left already planning our next visit. Grande Shores Resort is a gem—highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable, and beautifully run oceanfront escape.
