Grande Shores Ocean Resorts Condominiums

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, well lit and Manny the bartender by the pool made great drinks and was a lot of fun! The only hiccup was we checked in about 15 minutes before 4:00pm and we were told the room wasn’t ready yet because it wasn’t quite 4pm and that we would get a text when it was ready. We waited for a little over an hour and never received a text so went back to front desk and when they called someone the room was in fact ready but by that time we didn’t have time to shower before meeting friends for dinner.

Everything was great

We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. The two bedroom condo was excellent, clean and spacious with an unobstructed view of the beach. The only complaint there was that the air conditioner could not be turned down further than 70. The one bedroom was clean, but the bathroom smelled like old cigarette smoke. The view of the beach was perfect and unobstructed. The parking garage felt safe but it could be difficult to find a parking spot at times. The biggest complaint I have is that there’s not a lot of room to park a vehicle bigger than a mid-size SUV but some people would park their trucks and large SUVs in the smaller car spaces anyway or just park over the lines and it made it difficult for others to park. We always had a parking spot though, that was never an issue.

We will return!

The property is old and could use some updating, but the room was clean. The beach view was great.

The staff is wonderful and the size of the double queen is excellent. Two queen beds, a double size murphy bed, and a double size pull out sofa. The room is section into 3 parts. 1. Two Double queen beds, closet, and a long dresser 2. Kitchenette frig, sink, and stove fully equipped (pots/pans, dishes, silverware) on the right side and the bathroom on the left 3. Living room with sleeper sofa couch, dining table with chairs, and a small T. V. The patio is a nice size with a high table and two chairs. It's an older resort so it doesn't have the upscale look.

The different pools that they have The elevators was horrible. The balcony was not clean. The pictures that’s online is not the same as the hotel.

Loved the pool area and lazy river on the seventh floor. Very relaxing. And the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again definitely.

Convenience to the beach. Smelled lots of smoke both marijuana and cigarette on the room balcony, in the elevators and the waiting area for the elevators.
