The breakfast. The location The room itsself The check in clerk was really rude. The people in front of us she was sharing pictures with them and sharing life stories we patiently waiting finally gets to us and she's rude not speaking to us and just plain our unfriendly to us

Ty at the Front Desk truly saved our experience with her outstanding customer service. I like that we were offered the additional late check out at 6pm,(small fee). Our 1st room was awful. We walked up to the door and it was cracked. We went in and inspected to ensure no one was in there, as we entered into the living room, we were met by a puddle of water from the AC unit leaking in 2 different spot. We called the front desk and they informed us that maintenance would come, which they didn't and it took a while. I texted IVY the virtual system and informed what was going on and they put us in another room. Which was great and clean. The breakfast was good on Saturday but very disappointing on Sunday.

Loved everything about the stay with very limited exceptions. The staff were all amazing, visible and kept the place looking great all day everyday. The breakfast was very yummy and good quality products. The location is amazing with the balcony ocean views at the top of that list. The rooftop pool became my sanctuary as it's a quieter pool, with the biggest hot tub on the property. The only thing the could be improved on my stay is the hours of the pool side bar. Only open a short time and given your proximity to other restaurants or bars I would look to leave that open later into the evening for guests to continue to enjoy. You cost yourself money here as I heard numerous people saddened that they were closed. Overall a great stay though

Very nice, everything organized. It’s nice, but when we arrived, the door wouldn't close—it was broken—so we had to wait a while for it to be fixed.

The location was good, also the breakfast was good. The pools were nice, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice except for the air conditioning one halfway worked and the other the compressor never came on. There was also an awful smell in the kitchen area coming from possibly the drain in the sink maintenance worked on it it helped a lot but never completely went away.

We had a problem with the refrigerator and within 2 hours JR at the front desk, had Chris in maintenance up to our room and replaced the old fridge with a brand new one. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place and reasonably priced.

It was nice to actually have housekeeping take the trash out and replace needed towels daily. The room itself was nice. We had to wash many dishes as they were in the cabinet and drawers dirty. I'd also recommend they vacuum the wall area the murphy bed folds into. That was gross. Balcony and view were great. Elevators took forever and many times it was easier to walk the 12 flights of stairs. Breakfast wasn't bad, the ladies were pretty friendly, but there is no waffle maker in case you expected it from the picture. Parking garage is horrible, such tight turns.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent. The hotel is situated near a residential area, so the beach directly in front of the property was much less crowded, which we absolutely loved. The pools were amazing, and the outdoor family area was beautiful and very well maintained. They even hosted a family day on the Saturday we were there, which was a nice touch! The complimentary continental breakfast was great and saved us approximately $30–$40 each day. Our king suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Despite seeing a previous review mentioning bugs, we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and the property offered a wonderful balance of relaxation and family-friendly amenities. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would “likely” stay here again. Well, I can confirm that the parking garage lives up to its reputation… and not in a good way! We drive a Subaru Ascent, and maneuvering through that garage was an adventure we did NOT sign up for. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, it really is as bad as they say! We frequently had to make three-point turns just to navigate the corners going up and down the levels, and the parking spaces themselves were incredibly tight. It was such a hassle that we actually avoided leaving the property because we dreaded dealing with the garage again. On the morning of our departure, we left our room at 6:05 a.m. and didn’t make it out of the fourth-level parking area until 6:15 a.m.! We absolutely loved the property, but that parking garage tested our patience and the strength of our marriage.

The employees are great, and the location is stellar. The facilities are very old and showing a lot of wear. My kids loved the pool and beach spot. The main issue was how crazily dilapidated the rooms were. Sagging mattresses, broken Murphy bed, and a lamp missing out of the ceiling with just some electrical tape over the space. Even though it was a nice experience otherwise, I don't think this place is a comfortable stay.

The Room, pool area, staff, included breakfast and the cleanliness. I don’t like the parking deck it’s very tight and I didn’t like elevators running slow or shaky
