Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach-Northwood

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom had a stinch. It was unbearable cold due to having to keep the temperature low in the room to prevent condensation and mold. There was no hot water in the shower. In all likelihood I won't stay again.

Only one elevator was working so the wait for the elevator was sometimes long, especially being on 5th floor, also the water pressure in the shower definitely needs improvement

I am not a fan of the beds in Hampton Inns but otherwise the stay was excellent. The only reason I did not give five stars is because only one elevator was working and it was easier to just take the stairs up four floors then wait for the one working elevator.

Only hiccup was the elevator was up and down with service. Other than that hotel was great staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great

Breakfast was really tasty and parking was easy to find, however, the ventilation in the bathroom is really bad that is causing mold to grow in the bathroom.

Everything was great . The pool was a little small. And the only thing I didn’t like when checked out they said will email the receipt. After an almost a hour drive still no receipt. But the motel itself was great.

I like everything about Hampton Inn. Clean and hospitality was great! Only thing I experienced was the toilet was not working well and the following day the pressure of it was better

Well first and foremost Larry and the young lady (didn’t catch her name) working the desk were pretty good, friendly, and courteous. Matt not so much. After driving all day and night it took a bit of reserve to not dish back the same nonchalant unconcerned attitude I received. The room I received was dirty, there were bugs and mosquitoes, the tub was dirty and stained, and the toilet stopped up multiple times. I had to call maintenance twice. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. And we got to be awakened multiple times by someone’s freaking barking dog every morning (my fault for not recognizing pets were alllwed). Also our room “cleaning” consisted of making the bed with the same sheets and more towels. There was garbage left in the room after they “cleaned.” Breakfast was usual nothing spectacular about it. Overall, this is by far one of the worst properties I’ve stayed in considering the brand and the price I paid. I will not choose this property if I decide to visit again

The elevator definitely needs some work. Other than that…the room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of room to put up our kennel for our dog. I liked that we had a refrigerator and microwave in our room for leftovers. The breakfast was good. I think if it were manned by someone who worked there it might have run smoother. The variety of the breakfast was pretty good. We did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Great overall stay just didn't really enjoy the pool like I've hoped
