I really loved the hotel's cleanliness and staff. The location was perfect to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travel to Myrtle Beach.

It was a one night stay and everything was good. The rooms were clean, check in was smooth, and overall hotel seemed to be taken care of. No complaints.

Room was clean but when housekeeping cleaned our bathroom I noticed that wasn't cleaned because I could see some hairs on the sink and floor

The lobby and check in area was clean and look good. The continental breakfast was good and the staff did a good job. The room itself looked clean but there was so much humidity that the floor and everything was damp. The room also appeared to have had mildew and mold problems. I think Hampton inn as a company could probably afford to buy some dehumidifiers. The staff was nice. All in all it's worth a 2 to 3 star out of five

The humidity in the rooms was so high that the bedding and towels felt damp. We were instructed to keep the air conditioner set to 66-68 to prevent high humidity. We did this, but it didn’t seem to really help with the humidity level, but the room was freezing. Also, the room had a very strong Clorox smell the first night and the air conditioner leaked water the entire time. Couldn’t enjoy the pool because the water was so cloudy and the hot tub wasn’t working. I must mention that the night front desk staff was very friendly and professional. This could be a very nice hotel if money was invested for periodic updates.
