Bad

Room was great except the their are little faults like the toilet not being clean properly, rust/mold on the ceilings, only one tv works. Instructions on detail check out not clear the overnight staff I encounter wasn’t knowledgeable policy’s, she blames an pole in the lobby at front desk for her reason for not seeing me waiting on her when she should have been visible I had to call the hotel on my phone go Thur all the steps just to get her on the phone and for to say she was at the front desk and wasn’t. And have an attitude because I’m asking her and simple question and trying to check out.

Nice pools and easy getting to beach. Staff was good

The staff was nice and answered any questions. The location was great Waterpark was closed, the cleanliness of the hotel room and towels were not that great. The cleanliness of the hot tubs were not great. Elevators were broken.

Location was great. Access to the beach and poole are very good Staff needs to be vetted better on computer or own program knowledge and if you're not a people person maybe get a job elsewhere.

The property was poorly maintained. Our room had a leak.

The elevators didn’t work as good and some were even out of service. We didn’t have towels or wash clothes and when requested they told us we couldn’t get any until the next day. Next day came still no towels and wash clothes so we purchased our own. Nice pools and on the first day the waterpark was closed.

It was clean, a little dated but still fun. The slides were still fun for the kids.

I was very disappointed in the service. I wanted them to be more understanding upon checking in a day later than my time and that wasn’t honored the phone in the room did not work so every time I needed something I had to walk down to the front desk, the room was not very clean. The furniture is old and it smelled of mold the vents on the air conditioner had dust really really thick as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I use a claw to try to clean with soap. I was very disappointed the place was not up-to-date.

Booked queen beds clearly they weren’t. Property very confusing. Check in lady was very rude. Beds need to be replaced. Walkway and elevators disgusting. Don’t waste your money.

This property needs a big update.

The hotel is not how it’s pictured. Beach access and the pool is nice, but the rooms need updating. You also have to go down to the lobby daily for towels and most times they did not have wash cloths, I ended up buying my own.

Clean room

I’ve paid a lot for this trip. The only good thing about this resort was the pools they were as advertised. The rooms were very dated. We had leaks in the bathroom. It was just not a good resort for the money.

Remove the carpet . It was so dirty it turned the bottom of our feet black
