Reviews

All in all, it was satisfactory.
-
Walls and ceiling were a little thin but overall a good experience. Not much parking.

The bathroom's door is simply terrible. It doesn't even feel like there's a door there at all. It was a sliding door that was just dangling on its hinges.
-
Nice clean room with comfortable bed. The adjoining restaurant didn’t open until 8am so we couldn’t eat there

The accommodation itself was very reasonably priced, the bed was comfortable, the shower did not result in significant water spillage on the floor, the television provider had shows I enjoyed, the hotel was conveniently located next to several eateries, and the parking situation was fairly straightforward and reasonable. The room lighting was slightly dim. The on-site dining was a little on the pricier side.

Stayed one night. Location is convenient to Downtown Napa!

The staff were friendly & very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get everywhere 😁

My friends traveled all the way from Bulgaria to attend the World Cup, and after a long journey we arrived expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, the two employees at the front desk were unwilling to help us and did not want to check us in. The customer service we received was cold, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality. What made the situation even worse was that this happened late at night, leaving us scrambling to find another place to stay. After dealing with the stress and frustration caused by this hotel, we ended up finding a room at a Hilton about 20 minutes away. The difference was night and day—the staff there were warm, welcoming, and took great care of us despite the late hour. A hotel’s job is to make guests feel welcome, especially after a long trip. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. The poor treatment from the front desk staff turned what should have been an enjoyable visit to Napa into a very stressful ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel based on the customer service we received.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Would definitely return!

The front desk is civil but not particularly helpful. If you are a visitor with no special need for assistance or advice, this is an adequate place to stay which is reasonably sanitary and appointed. If you value in room hot drinks, bring your own kettle and supplies. Otherwise, there is a very inefficient pod machine.
-
As advertised. Enjoyed the stay had everything we needed for our trip to Napa. Beds were a little stiff and could use extra pillow
-
Huge very clean beautiful rooms, great location..Hotel is 4 years old. Loved this property..the restaurant next door had delicious breakfast
-
Good for a nights stay ... You can definitely hear who is above to the side and below you
-
Very basic for in and out
-
It’s close to restaurant next door. It’s close to Napa Valley Brian Culbertson concert at the Meritage which we have attended for the fourth year!
-
The room and the elevator smelled like mold.
-
Was very nice

Not peaceful.

The hotel is in a great area of Napa; close around to a lot of chain restaurants and stores, while being a 5 minute drive from downtown Napa and tasting rooms! Rooms are nice and renovated, beds and linens were comfortable. The property itself is clean. The attached restaurant, Petit Soleil, served delicious breakfast. The only issue we had run into was the Keurig in our room, which did not work properly. Other than that, the hotel does have a much better coffee machine in the main lobby, which makes up for it! Would definitely stay here again.
