Hampton Inn & Suites Napa

It was a great stay. I always have a hard time sleeping in a new place but I was out as soon as my head hit the pillows. Everything was clean amd tidy and I never heard other guests even though the hotel was booked. The breakfast was also appreciated. There were a lot of different options to chose from.

Great staff, very helpful. The hotel seems new so it was well kept. Thinnest walls and ceiling I have ever experienced. The people upstairs had a wrestlemania match going on. Also heard a lot of hallway noise.

Upon arriving at Hampton , we booked from our car after walking out of the original hotel, we advised we had just booked the room. A conversation began with the staff at the desk and we told them what had happened. They all were understanding and so nice to us. The Mgr came out and gave us water. We were very thankful for their kindness. Property excellent and clean!, Nothing

Clean and close to downtown Napa although it is a bit of a walk which is fine by me.

Great front desk staff with easy chech in and out. Rooms clean and well supplied. The breakfast was great.

Location, so clean and comfortable. We loved using the pool and hot tub to relax after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was so perfect to begin our day. Nothing it was great

The facility was clean beds were very comfortable, I slept well They charge $20 nightly for parking

Stay here frequently when visiting family in Napa. Great breakfast. The front desk team is always very helpful.

Hot tub and pool were great!

Self-parking is available and the parking lot is big. Checking in and out was simple. They have a little convenience store with food and toiletries available for purchase. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby. The room was clean and cold - just the way I like it. Staff was kind and helpful with my questions. I did not partake in breakfast since we had already had plans.

Nice clean hotel with breakfast included

Breakfast could be better—they could offer more varieties of cheese and cold cuts. But it’s okay! They overlooked something regarding our stay; since we checked in at night, I think they forgot to notify the housekeeping staff, because our beds weren’t made on Sunday.

Overall great stay room was kinda small but overall great vibe!

Which is very hard to find hotels? That'll take animals and everything is outrageously expensive. So Hampton inns is really simple. Nice rooms, quiet, good staff, decent breakfast. You know, in the morning and we'll stay there again
