Location is quiet and pleasant near the river. Staff were pleasant. Restaurant was very nice with outdoor seating. The room was not up to par for the price. Shower was difficult to enter, carpet was dirty, air conditioner was loud, "balcony" was not at all comfortable to use to enjoy the river view. Extra charges for bottled water, and parking when there was more than enough parking available.

Also, if you are on the river side, you can sit on your balcony without dealing with the hot west sun. We couldn’t use our balcony.

The River Terrace Inn was a great place to stay. It was convenient for walking, and easily accessible for Uber/Lyft trips. A pool would have been nice, but otherwise, very pleased. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

We had a great experience upon arrival with the front desk staff. The hotel itself is OK. For the price we paid, I did have a higher expectation. The elevators and hallway were dirty/littered, The room was spacious, the bed was comfy but really it was nothing special. Easy (paid) parking, close to Oxbow Market and walk able to downtown.

I traveled for business. From my check in, the experience was great. The staff were very friendly from guest check in to the restaurant/bar staff. The meals and the drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The outside seating area overloking the river was a wonderful touch. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in a hotel. I will definitely stay again, hopefully next time it can be for pleasure.

Everything was excellent. We were greeted by very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant food was excellent (breakfast and dinner). Being located on the river made for very nice mornings for reading and very nice evenings for strolling. Also, it’s located within a short walk to the wine train depot.

It was great but our room was loud as it was by the parking lot and people above us were bowling or something at odd hours of the night. But bar staff were great!

Had a wonderful breakfast. Eggs Benedict. Outstanding. One minor issue. They charge for parking, which is very typical nowdays, however they taxed the parking charge. Talk about nickel and dime ing you.

Perfect getaway fo me and my wife. There was a bar with really good drinks and an out door seating area right on the river. Nice and relaxing we didn’t really have to drive once we got in. Oxbow market was around the corner and downtown Napa was easily accessible on foot with great food and shops. We will definitely be coming back to visit our new friends. Abraham and Orly were amazing.
