Very convenient to go the napa downtown

We will return to this hotel that has a great location to walking into town.
-
Only issue was the sliding door out to our balcony lock was broken. Easy to come in from other rooms on the ground floor. We notified front desk.
-
Great place to stay very clean what you expect out of a Westin hotel, great location, walkable to town and some restaurants for a snack right across the street from the wine train also a great location to all the wineries

Would have been nice to know the hotel is under construction!

Todo estuvo perfecto, solo el servicio de la cafetería demasiado tardado, pasó media hora y nunca llegaron a tomar mi orden.

Our room but it was strange to have the toilet sitting out in the open in the bathroom, instead of having its own private vestibule. That's a design miss at this hotel. The substantial construction that is underway was not told to us and while it really did not impact our stay, it made for a check-in procedure that started in the garage which was odd. Perhaps the least impressive attribute of the common space at this hotel was it restaurant in the lobby bar. This area is fully understaffed. It took at least 10 minutes to get a drink when the lobby bar was virtually empty. And during breakfast, service was pleasant but extremely poor and slow, even given the fact that we had ordered something that required no cooking. At the prices you charge for food and beverage, your team needs to get your act together here quickly.

Great location right next to park. If you’re going to culinary institute it’s walking distance. Clean room, very helpful staff. Would recommend.

The breakfast was ok but the portion was huge as well as the price. They could have taken off $10 and made the portion more reasonable as well. The noise from families of a million kids were screaming outside. I had to call to remind the staff about enforcing and monitoring the 10 pm quiet rule.

Everything was very clean, location was very close to Oxbow market. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

Property was amazing! Excellent location and walkable to so many things with a shuttle to downtown even though that is also walkable. Every staff member from the valet, front desk to the cleaning service were super nice and helpful. Property was quiet aside from the occasional horn blowing from the wine train right across the street which we did not mind at all. The outdoor common area at night was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious especially the churro French toast. It was clean and smelled clean. Price was slightly higher then I thought it should have been and they do not price match with third party apps. The only downside we had was that we paid for a king size room and got a queen. We had traveled a distance and were to tired to change it so we just dealt with it. We would stay there again especially if they had any promotional specials I would just double check on the room before check in.
