Cove Inn on Naples Bay

About 3–4 weeks before my arrival, I contacted the hotel and requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view because this trip was a special celebration for my husband’s birthday. However, when we checked in, the front desk agent assigned us Room 216, which was neither on a high floor nor did it have a nice view. I was very disappointed. After getting to the room, I called the front desk to ask if it would be possible to move us to a better room, but unfortunately nothing was available. It was especially disappointing since I had made my request well in advance. The bathroom was also very small and felt cramped. It was manageable for a weekend stay, but overall this visit did not meet the standard I had come to expect from this hotel.

Room was clean and well kept for an older place. Great location and Great Breakfast place inside the lobby. My wife didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the Tiki bar but were disappointed our local friends could not stay for more than one drink because the bar is for the attached Marina members only and hotel guests only are allowed to visit it.They told our friends to drink up and leave. Probably won’t stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The lobby was very clean as was the room. The front desk staff, Lulu, was so helpful explaining the standard protocols, and directing us what is nearby to explore in town. The Chickee Bar was a great spot to relax for a bit too. We had a great view of the water to enjoy coffee and just relax. We are planning to return before the summer ends.

Great location. Lulu from the front desk was very friendly and made our stay great. Love that their was 3 places to eat on the property. Room was a good stay and had a wonderful view of the bay.

Property was immaculate as was the room we were given. Hope to be back July.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the marina and all of the beautiful landscaping. The front dest staff were more than helpful and nice and the little restaurant was a hit for breakfast - so convenient, delicious and fast! We would stay again!

This was our first time staying here and we will be back. Loved the Tiki bar and property was beautiful. Great room overlooking water and our room was so clean.
