Everything was fine , it was a quick stop for me , room fine , amenities fine, however I did spend a lot of time at the front desk waiting for somebody , I even called the phone to see if somebody would show up

Close to freeway and easy drive across to Marco Island and downtown other areas while not paying for higher prices. Allowed clients to wear their shortie pajamas and other sleepwear into the breakfast area. Sloppy and most females had their hair and make up done and intentionally wearing shortly and low cut or snug knit and silky pj sets.

It was quiet; I liked it because it had a family-friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Staff not able to accommodate request for Accessible room option over three-day; mid-week stay. Never offered help wwatching me struggle with luggage and husband's wheelchair. "Suite" size deceiving. Refused to provide final receipt at checkout stating I should F/U with Booking.com Breakfast was barely worth waking up for.

Front staff was outstanding with everything and kind. She made sure both of our homes were side by side. Everything was well explained in great detail. Rooms were very clean. Second day room could have been cold have been a little more presentable with bed being made instead of blanket pulled up not made correctly. Everything else was was very great and yes I would visit here again and recommend others to stay.

The front desk lady seemed irritated by the customers. She was unfriendly and seemed miserable, poor thing. We are not judging but the news is that EVERYONE has their own battles to fight- if you hate your job, you should find another one.

Very clean and comfortable property. A nice option if you dont need to stay super close to downtown or the beach.
