Property was clean, friendly staff, reasonable rates, area has a lot of eating options and grocery stores. Short drive to 5th Ave. I’ll definitely return.

Our floors were dirty. The toilet flushed whenever it wanted to. The shower curtain was stained and dirty looking. The bathroom had a rotten egg smell.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet paper roll was used and was just folded and stamped. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom corners. The bathroom sink was not wiped down. The floors were very dirty. Very disappointed in this stay.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind and considerate. The property is very well maintained. It's always clean. This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Naples for work or pleasure.

Clean and great ubication if you stay to be close onFIU

The room with weird smell when we opened the door, after we turned up the A/C higher than better, very hard bed with small pillows not comfortable for sleeping, I booked two nights and paid it , but we only stay there for one night, because I couldn’t sleep with weird smell with horrible bed so we had decided to drive home second morning.
