La habitación horrible y sin exageración, estaba sucia súper sucia polvo por todos lados el baño igual todo manchado las paredes una cosa horrible, el lavamanos tupido ahí uno no podía lavarse los dientes bueno tengo que decir que me quedo corta no estuvo para nada bien y antes de que digan pq no me fui de ahí pues sencillo pq no tenía dinero para cambiar hotel solo por una noche que me hospede ahí, para las personas que lean esto estoy siendo más que sincera la habitación que me dieron fue la #320 no se si las demás estarán igual que la mía por eso especifico….. un mal olor a no sé qué desde que entras de verdad, esta es la segunda ves que yo me hospedo allí la primera fue hace al rededor de 2años y para nada que ver con esta segunda ves jamás gastaría un céntimo de nuevo para ese hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER, blankets are dirty on 2 different rooms, bathroom drains clogged, noise on the upper room extremely high, windows contains do not cover sun lights or street lights, horrible.

Tanisha from the day shift and the young Hispanic guy with the curly hair from the night shift were great and helped us in every was possible ( please give them a raise) but everybody else did a terrible job. Upon arrival, the elevator was broke. We were not warned that the building was under construction on the 4th floor from a leak, which is probably gonna end up being a bad case of organic growth due to me & my husband getting sick on our 2nd day there. Also, we asked for 2 rooms to be side by side so our teenage kids could be next door to us. We were assured that this would be accommodated but after making a 21-hr drive from Texas to Naples we learned that we had to get a room on the 3rd floor and our kids had to have a room on the 4th floor, and our kids’ room only had 1 bed. Did I mention the A/C didn’t work in either room? Then they “tried” to accommodate us the next day by giving us 2 rooms on the first floor but the A/C wasn’t working too good in our kids’ room and it was a weird stench lingering around in our room. My husband works in the maintenance field back home and thinks it’s some mold forming somewhere in the building due to the leak on the 4th floor the front desk attendant mentioned to us. The short lady with the glasses that worked the morning shift was VERY unprofessional and rude and made us feel UN-welcomed. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody unless you are in DYING need of a quick room for the night.

..ppl over me walked the entire nite across uncarpeted floors, making noise ALL nite and I traveled from NC for my son's wedding and had a dinner rehearsal the following evening, and 2....the ELEVATOR was out of service when i returned from the dinner...10:30ish and I...73 y/o lady had to walk up THREE FLIGHTS OF STSIRS after my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The front desk lady did change my room to 1st floor but i still had to gather my belongings and walk down the steps to the front office to get my key, when i was PROMISED TO MY FACE...I would receive a 25% discount..after looking at my bank statement, the ENTIRE bill was paid....NO DISCOUNT...but its ok....I will say it repeatedly.... DO NOT STAY HERE....NO AMENITIES...AND THEY OUT RIGHT LIED TO MY FACE. I'm giving-10 stars because they lied

My stay on 3rd floor was horrendous due to the upstairs ppl. They walked across the non- carpeted floors practically all nite. May have gotten 2 hrs sleep b4 I had to travel to Marco island for my son's wedding. I was told by front desk I would receive a 25% discount....I do not see it on my account...it still says $162....pending. This was the most terrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel....seriously. I'll wait and see if the discount appears. Sidebar....the 2 ladies at the front desk were very accommodating, friendly and professional.

Room stunk like mold , there was bugs in both rooms.

Towels with four people in the room I try to get more. The cleaning lady wouldn’t give me more. Wouldn’t even trade in my dirty ones for clean ones. She said that she had just enough for the room. She was cleaning on her cart.

Very old hotel, and lots of shady people outside at night, was kind of afraid arriving by night. Terrible feeling in the neighborhood too much junkys

He came home after one day with a bad bruise from his fall and said he refused to stay there another night. The worst thing was that he bought home bedbugs. Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I always wash clothes directly from the luggage and never let them near the bedroom until they’re clean. This time I forgot to wash his and woke up to those bites. I made a mistake in booking this hotel, next time I’ll be more careful. It seems a local hotel needs as much research as a hotel in another country.

At first in the first room I booked we had a problem with the AC but the receptionist was kind and respectful and gave us a new room without any problems

There were absolutely zero amenities at this property. No pool, no coffee, not even Kleenex in the room. No restaurants nearby, just nothing. It is basically a bed and a shower. Room had a small kitchen area, but no cooking utensils. I walked barefoot from the shower to the bed and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. Only redeeming value was the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and helpful. Not a conviently located area. I've stayed in worse hotels but at least most offer a breakfast of some kind or at least coffee in the morning. No more Woodspring.

para quedar 1 o 2 noches solo a dormir está bien, pero para más días no, la habitación no está bien iluminada y la ventana de las habitaciones del primer piso se puede ver de afuera para dentro de la habitación, porque la cortina no cierra bien. el baño un poco incómodo pero fuera de eso, la limpieza estaba normal, las camas cómodas, y el personal bastante amable, si tuviera que viajar por muchos días no me hospedaría nuevamente, pero si solo voy un día o dos si

This was the worst hotel experience ever! i would not recommend this hotel to anyone very bad smell. a chemical smell that burn the nose. roach crawling on the wall.

Bed wasn't the best there was no ice machine or blow dryer for your hair. Overall staff was great room was very clean. Property well lighted and very clean. Great place to stay for the price.

Staff fine. Location decent. Room smelled terrible. Blanket too thin. Slept poorly. Did not stay 2nd night.
