The kitchen close to early

I am writing to request a refund for a reservation that I was unable to use because the hotel was permanently closed. Reservation details: Hotel name: Tollgate Inn Location: Naples Stay: 1 night Dates: December 27 – December 28 When I arrived at the property on December 27, I found that the hotel had already gone out of business and was completely closed. As a result, I was unable to stay there. However, the payment was still charged through Booking.com. Since the accommodation was not available due to the hotel’s closure, I kindly request a full refund for this reservation. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me. No pool for months every time I was there I enjoy swimming but couldn't pool was down long while Pool shut down should have gotten discount on room.

Great location, quiet and near a few restaurants and fast food type places , close to a Walmart and gas station, looks derelict from the outside and the lobby but the rooms are decent, clean and well kept great value for money No longer serve breakfast and the hotel looks abandoned from the lobby , many of the lights are off downstairs and I think we may have been the only people in the entire building

Nothing to be honest, the lights on my room weren’t working and I requested an extra blanket and they didn’t have any . I did not like my experience s there the guy at front desk was little bit rude rude I did not like the room and the pool was dirty
