Everything! The hotel & pool are pretty. The rooms are excellent. Comfy bed & pillows. Will be back for sure! The employees were very courteous.

Do not stay here! My keys to my room didn't work so someone in my party had to maintain in the room which put a damper on our vacation but since we prepaid for 2 days we didn't want to loose out on 170$ then to.make matters worse the next morning we wake up to find the ceiling started leaking all over my belongings and after complaining to the front desk I then got kicked out and when trying to get a refund got denied and lied on saying we smoked in the room when I traveled with my husband and 2 minor children which none of us smoke anything. This place is disgusting and they're in renovation and shouldn't be open. The housekeeping wasn't helpful at all and the front desk woman/man was super hateful!

The ONLY great about the place was the very nice young man who assisted me with all my stuff each time switching to different rooms. I stayed 2 nights. I had to change rooms 3 times. TV did not work, then NO hot water, then still NO hot water. Asked for compensation. I was told for my minor inconvience they would credit me $10. Not impressed. No maintenance. Supposely everything was just remodeled on the first floor. Obviously nobody tested anything to see if rooms were really ready to rent. I stayed 2 nights. I had to change rooms 3 times. Reservation details: Hotel name: Tollgate Inn Location: Naples Stay: 1 night Dates: December 27 – December 28 When I arrived at the property on December 27, I found that the hotel had already gone out of business and was completely closed. As a result, I was unable to stay there. However, the payment was still charged through Booking.com. Since the accommodation was not available due to the hotel’s closure, I kindly request a full refund for this reservation. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me. Well, conveniently my room was directly next to the vending and ice machine on the 1st floor and right across the hall from the exit to the pool. That was a plus for my bad knee. The A/C was cold and the bed comfy and the room was clean. My only complaint and it is very minor, was the outlets on the bedside lamp to plug phone charger into were very loose and it did not make good contact. It was not a big deal as my charging cable was long enough to to reach the receptacle on the wall.
