Holiday Inn Express Naples South I-75 by IHG

We reserved handicapped room w/roll in shower w/king bed 2 weeks prior and when we got there desk lady said there was no rooms like that available. We had no prior notice of none available. We had to take smaller room w/king bed, no roll in shower, step in shower tight access no hold bars so wife couldn't shower. Crappy deal.

Was what we needed

Exceptional

Regular coffe, the eggs white not savor .

Very clean room

Clean cold room .

Amazing stay. Clean room. Convenient.

Superb

Everything from the staff to the room and a specially the breakfast was excellent.

Hotel seemed smaller that normal Holiday Inn's (I.e. the lobby size, room size, breakfast area). Staff were polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay so that's probably why it didn't seem as clean.

Pleasant

Updated and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent hotel

Check in easy. My stay was clean and quiet

The complementary breakfast was nice! The pool although small, was warm and clean. The gym’s treadmill was out of service.

Exceptional

Great services Breakfast

A/C temp control worked well. Gurgling (from water line to mini fridge) I think? made noises on/off all night made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast selection not great at 9 am - eggs/potatoes/sausage were lukewarm, yoghurts were all taken.

The room smelled musky and I figured out it was mold from a leak under the sink. We also had German roaches in the room & bathroom.
