Access to beach and fifth Avenue both within walking distance and a very clean room in a nice walkable neighborhood . The Wi-Fi could have been better. It was choppy.

The Gondolier is very clean, neat . Everything that we wanted was in walking distance (under 1 mile to get there) from beach to restaurants.

Very clean.Close to the beach and 5th ave. Some people come late and make big noises

Location. Staff. Rooms are well-appointed and updated. Easy check-in and check-out. A nice touch would be to update flooring or add jute-type area rugs in living area. The flooring is the only thing that is dated, and an area rug or two would complete the updated light and beach feeling.

Clean, close to beach and 5th ave. Quiet, comfy bed. Host was so incredibly kind and accommodating for what we needed during our stay. Nothing!

Chairs and towels for guest use But noisy at night

Right next to the beach. Very affordable. Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet. The lobby was never open.

Location, clean, provided beach towels, chairs, small cooler and bottled water. Overall excellent value. A few tiny things I would suggest :hooks when you enter the room to hang hats, purse, light jacket; a place to hang hand towels in both bathroom and kitchen; more cutlery, plates. Everything else was great!

Great location for walking to beach, 5th Ave and 13th Street. Comfortable beds!

Great apartments with perfect location. Only a few minutes walking to the beach and the main attractions of 5th Ave. and 3rd Street. Free water. Free laundry. Would be nice if they included breakfast but there are little kitchenettes in the room. Room 9 does not have a stove but room 6 does. The ownership is very responsive. Just a great little place! All was great!

Wonderful location, beautiful room and friendly staff. They provide water for free. There's nothing I didn't like about this place. I wish it could be booked further in advance. That's really my only suggestion. Check in/out couldn't be easier.

Location, within walking distance to beach, Old Naples and 5th Ave restaurants & shopping. Internet & WiFi connectivity intermittent, but seemed to be an issue with Comcast in the area. The owner was diligently addressing the issue.

This small motel in a quiet neighborhood was such a fun reminder of the mid-century drive-up motels! The room was well maintained and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The kitchenette and bathroom were small but designed for maximum efficiency. The motel is conveniently located to great restaurants and shopping on both 5th Ave and 3rd St.

We loved the nostalgic exterior look of the Inn with the updated decor and features of the room. We especially liked admiring the beautiful houses along the short walk to the beach. What a beautiful area! Being able to use the laundry facility was a bonus since we were on day 13 of our vacation. We enjoyed dinner at The Boathouse, recommended by another guest. The addition of a pool would have gotten an exceptional rating, but being this close to the beach, I'm not sure it's necessary. Would love to return and stay longer! We arrived around 4:30 on a Saturday evening and left by 11:00 the next morning, so we did not meet any of the staff. Would have loved to stay longer and schedule a golf cart ride to the beach. Unfortunately, the only evening we were here, it was too foggy to see the sunset, but lots of people came down to the beach to celebrate anyway!

Good location Furniture wear and tear

This is a great little hotel - what a gem. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely renovated. The amenities, such as beach chairs/towels/umbrella were awesome and unexpected. The place is so well maintained and in a lovely location. Easy walking to both the beach and 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. This is our new go to stay when we are in Naples.
