WoodSpring Suites Naples West

Upstairs and next to us. I think it’s over priced for what you get. But if you want an affordable and quick stay with little to no amenities then stay here. If you’re looking for comfort, and privacy do not stay here.

Disappointing

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional. He did not properly explain the situation or make any effort to help us find a solution. It was late at night, and we were traveling with a child, which made the situation even more stressful and unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this before. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I will be requesting a full refund of all the money I paid.

It was good

Just needed sleep. Bed was comfy. Television was impossible to navigate!

Location For a big hotel like this not having an Ice machine working in the facility and forcing the client to leave the premises to buy ice is incredible. Nice tv, however, no remote. Also, shower head not properly secure and A/C not achieving the desire temperature.

They were very rude I paid and then someone else came up to him knocking on the door as soon as I answered the door they said it looks Smokey so they kicked us out they refund me my money got all the cops and had me trespass when I didn't do nothing wrong please refund me my money back

Tje staff was great and all the amenities!

It was very close to the tourist attractions and easy to move around. There were a few roaches on the walls and on the floors
