The property is run down and some of the staff were unfriendly
-
Great location but in desperate need of some repairs and maintenance
-
Loved the location, perfect area to enjoy the beach
-
We only stay here because our relatives like it. The location is great, but so poorly maintained. Also, we all paid the same for our rooms that we booked 6 months ago. Our room was tiny with no view, but our relatives all had big rooms with windows - even though it was the exact same category of room. I feel very shafted.

The pool was closed. No restaurants in that hotel. Needs an update badly. Staff was helpful great location

This hotel has the best location in town no doubt about it. We had the best little stay-cation. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. Attentive and just the loveliest bunch of people. We are locals and boooed on a whim but will DEF be back. Thank you all so much!

Management was helpful and paid to our needs
-
The room was great, very clean and spacious. The location was close to the beach and very convenient. The downside was the pool was closed which we didn’t know about until after we paid and booked it.
-
Pool closed Sitting deck has caution tape on the rail Room was clean and fine but just not worth the price at all
-
Parking lot was closed. No instruction before hand on where to park. Ac did not work. No amenities.

Coffee in the morning in the lobby that was noted would be there at 7 am had no creamer or other choices other than oat milk..or the powdered packet creamers . Thanks to Queen of Cups in the Pier Marketplace for a decent cup of coffee .

Cleaned.

The beds were good. The distance to the beach is amazing, however we had a cracked toilet seat and no hair dryer and the deck had caution tape.
-
No Operating ice machines. Dirty, peeling paint, no breakfast, no ther amenities. Great Location though.
-
Great location near the beach but the hotel is under renovation so there was no pool or restaurant which was disappointing. The room needed an upgrade. Parking was easy.

Cons:Lack of amenities: The pool, cafe, and restaurant were all completely closed due to ongoing renovations. It felt as though we were assigned an inferior room simply because we booked through a third-party travel site. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the toilet ran continuously all night aa making it difficult to sleep, and the wall unit a/c was extremely loud clicking on and off, all the time. The old jacuzzi tub was non functioning and missing a drain plug, which made it impossible to use for baths. The overall property looked neglected, and the advertised ocean view was an old deck wrapped in caution tape. The balcony was to small for chairs, and had no direct access to the deck, rendering it useless. None of the children's television channels worked, and the front desk staff could not provide an explanation or a fix. Loud footsteps and noise from the room above were disruptive throughout the stay. Verdict:Having visited Narragansett for over three decades, we used to love staying here when it was previously under different management. This was our third time trying the property under its current name, and it will be our last. The lack of upkeep makes the current cost hard to justify. For future trips, we will be staying at alternative local boutique hotels or vacation rentals nearby. Be sure to do thorough research before booking this property.

The location Rooms need to be updated
-
I liked how convenient the location was There wasn’t breakfast included and our bedroom didn’t seem to be vacuumed. I also believe someone was in our room when we had the DND sign up. We came back and a few things were moved.

Hotel was fine. Pool was under construction which was lame but the room itself was nice and clean. The terrace was quite unkept but a nice additin. Overall the location of the hotel is amazing being right near the beach so that in itself makes this worth it!!

Can’t beat the location.
