Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Kingstown Newport Area

This was my annual long weekend CT and RI mother-daughter trip. Upon arrival a very rude man at the front desk gave me and another family a difficult time and told us that he couldnt find our reservations and told us we needed to contact Hotels.com to sort it out, yet my room was pre- paid already. If it wasn't for the hotel manager who cleared things up I prob. would have left. Yet the hotel was beautiful and clean. the pool was perfect and the hotel was in perfect location between Mystic CT and Newport. Next exit away from Block Island Ferry and many good restaurants in Galilee. The beaches fill up quickly in summer so go early at 9am. Beds and room was great spacious and comfy! Just wish hotel had a hot tub. Breakfast had great variety of fresh fruit and options.

The hotel has no restaurant. Coffeemaker and fridge in room, but only plastic cups, no glasses. Quiet location

Hotel was clean and staff were very approachable and helpful. The room was large and very clean. Complimentary breakfast provided a lot of choices too.

Friendly and informative staff members at check-in were most welcoming.

Breakfast was good. Loved the fitness room. Everything was beautiful. Bed was a little too soft.

From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! House keeping was wonderful and we especially loved the breakfast! Lots of options and even gluten free for my son who has celiac disease! They had GF bagels,muffins and all! Coffee was good! Location was perfect for our plans! We did the 5 trolls and so much more with ease of travel! Would stay here again!!!!

The room was huge, very clean and lots of amenities…. We will be back..

This was an ideal spot for anyone visiting Rhode Island beach area with a teenager. My son loved the pool and the breakfast and I loved the 24/7 coffee!

Comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast. Staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Convenient location.

I'm very pleased with Fairfield Inn& Suits by Marriott , quick and easy check- in, good location, nice and clean hotel and good breakfast . I'm definetly will stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic! My room was not well laid-out. Very stark, too few outlets, toilet way too low, the A/C growled all night, not enough closet and drawer space
