Excellent staff

The staff was great, The AC was not very cold at all, tough to find hotels with Ice cold AC. Beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows felt like paper bags. Good location close to Newport and Narragansett good for a place to sleep but bring your own pillow, everything was Clean and staff was exceptional

Perfectly located between URI and the shore. Close to many restaurants and stores. Will return again and again. The walking trailhead starting near the property is excellent and brings you right to a dog park if you are traveling with your four legged friend.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean.

Hotel is in a great area at staff were very helpful. Free breakfast and water bottles upon check-in were great. However, I unfortunately was on the ground level and right near the kitchen where breakfast is served. At 5:30 AM I was woken up every day by them making breakfast. Tons of slamming and doors opening and closing made it anything but relaxing. I initially booked this hotel anticipating taking my dog with me, but last minute decided not to take my dog. I’m grateful I did not bring the dog who would’ve been so stressed out hearing all this noise.

The I loved everything about the hotel. I would just only recommend that they add more bacon to the breakfast menu instead or addition to the sausages. Outside of the lack of bacon during breakfast I absolutely loved my stay here. One of the best hotel experiences ever!

Clean rooms staff was excellent. I called at 11:30 AM and asked if there was any check-in and they were able to help with that. Had a great weekend at the beach.

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Parking lot is tight and crowded. We have been coming here with our boat for several years. But this year we discovered construction around the hotel and no place to park our truck and boat. Not a problem for most travelers.

Hotel was clean & location is great!

The door was open when I checked in and I had difficulty closing it but was able to get it closed. Called front door just to let them know and they were very helpful.

Bathtub area had black strips of moldy caulking. Water spout was broken and only allowed small amount of water up into shower, no pressure. I was attending a wedding in the area so it was a quick 2 nite stay or I would’ve probably checked out. Construction outside had me awoken at 7am. Paid a lot of money for inferior room. Very disappointed for a Hampton Inn. I should be refunded a percentage of my bill.

Had a terrible experience, when we checked in the TV didn’t work and they came up to try to fix it and couldn’t so that was the first day without the TV, the room was freezing cold at 64° and even when we found a way to turn it off. It was still cold for our entire stay. They promised to send somebody to fix the TV the next day, when we came back to the hotel early evening, nobody had come into the room. There was a rude employee when I asked where the manager was he responded “I don’t know here’s her card! Brittany promised us compensation for the frustration and inconvenience and emailed both the manager and the assistant manager with no response. It’s been a week! Don’t expect any good service at this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.

The room was clean but the bathroom could use a little update
-
Breakfast Front desk staff when we arrived was rude. Door lock stopped working. Smoke detector was hanging down. Every 2 day cleaning policy for $400 a night

the room was lovely. Great breakfast with a lot of great choices. earlier checkin

The desk staff were very inviting, the room and bathroom were very clean and parking was plentiful. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. The location is also great, a number of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Parking was convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. They remembered us each time we went by the desk and asked how our hotel stay and travel plans were going. Breakfast was good.
