I was disappointed with the breakfast. Poor selection of items, no bacon, potatoes were cool not hot. Very limited selection of toppings for oatmeal. Skimpy breakfast selection. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Other staff, maid, maintenance worker were also friendly. Overall good experience with our stay.

Location Room needs serious updates. It smelled very musty. The rug was sticky, beds were lumpy, pillows were awful. The drain in the bathroom didn’t work so you’re standing in the water while taking shower. The light in the bathroom didn’t work. Lightening is awful very dark. They only had paper cups no glasses.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful! We had two dogs and a baby with us and they spaced out guests so no one was in the room next to us which helped ease my mind when the baby was weepy. The area was super dog friendly with a rail trail and side walks and plenty of trash cans. There was a beautiful dog friendly beach walk 10 min away and 30 minute drive to Newport. Overall had a great stay!
