We had a wonderful stay!! We were able to check in a little early, about a half hour which was great. The owner of the Atlantic house was so kind and accommodating. We will be staying there again!!!

Great location in the heart of Narragansett. However it is definitely showing its age.

Room smelled of mildew.

You can’t beat the location of the hotel and the front desk staff was very kind. Love the free coffee and bagels/cereal in morning. Views are amazing and proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants is fantastic. Plus parking was so easy!

We needed a place to stay with no reservations, but the staff was very helpful. It’s a quaint little place with excellent views of the water. I will definitely revisit next time I visit RI.

Can’t beat the location and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The ocean view rooms are worth every penny!

rooms were clean nice 2nd floor deck with ocean view for all to use continental breakfast could have been better , but ok would definitely go back

Beautiful view of the ocean from the front of the property that is directly across the street with an unobstructed view. Easy access to all areas of Narragansett. Would definitely stay here again because of the great value for the oceanfront location. The parking lot was spacious and convenient to have private parking.

The room was dirty, lamps rusted, the dead bolt didn’t work. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend.

Location was great. The property was beyond dated. Room: the heater when turned on made such an incredible stench that we had to open the door and window for 20 minutes to clear it out. people walking by in the hall held their noses. They said its because it hadn't been turned on in a while - regardless we were there for a night, it was a chilly night, and the ac had been left on in the room so we wanted to take the chill out of the air and its stupid that we couldn't do that. The fan which is attached to the only light in the bathroom made a high pitched really loud annoying noise and it stayed on after you shut the light off for a few minutes. Taking a shower was terrible with the noise. The shower didn't drain so by the time I got to putting conditioner in my hair there was water around my ankles. They left 2 tiny towels in the bathroom for 2 people. I am a small person one towel only covered me waist down - so we had to ask for more towels. The carpet was gross and old, the paint on the wall had marks. BREAKFAST: The continental breakfast was a joke. The coffee was so bad we couldn't drink even a few sips it was like gas station coffee that has been on a burner for 10 hours, honestly. Like gasoline and mud mixed. There was no fruit - not even a banana - just two kinds of cereal and some bagels. There was milk and OJ in the fridge. If we were in a motel on the side of the highway, fine. But for the exhorbitent price this was horrible. I would never go back.
