Very comfortable

Very well kept property with pleasant staff. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable. Only drawback is there is no lunch or dinner restaurant adjacent or within walking distance. Regardless, I would use this hotel again.

The desk chair and accent chair were worn along the edges, and there was a hair on the sheets when we pulled down the covers later that night. It looked like there was a makeup stain on the bathroom wall near the floor, and the floor itself didn't look like it had been mopped. I checked for bed bugs and didn't see any evidence of them, and parking was included, so that was good. We only stayed one night (saw a concert). Part of the reason I picked this hotel is because it was close to the venue and had good ratings, but I wouldn't select it again. The staff was super nice though!

dispointing nnon breakfast but the full kitchen inn room was convenient

We had no issues, and it was nice to find an affordable hotel not far from the zoo (which was the intention behind our stay). It was pretty typical as far as hotels go - nothing special but a fine place for staying the night.

Great stay at a clean hotel

First of all we were greeted by a very upbeat person and welcomed to the hotel joyously! This alone was wonderful. Our room was very clean and well appointed for our needs. The hotel was easy to find and parking was not a problem. We only stayed one night, so did not have opportunity for further review.

I am not a complainer, but- had to go get fresh towels, no coffee in the room (did have a coffee maker) what they had in the lobby was awful. TV was crazy hard to operate, location was lacking-no resturants in the area. Beds were fine, shower fine, just a bad chioce.

Loose toilet seat, clogged tub drain, damaged seats cover!

Cockroach. Very worn furniture. Train noise. So much traffic it is difficult to leave hotel in morning.

Great location for us Hot, too many problems with over charging and then not applying the payment for parking even though we paid
