My key card didn’t work, the employee was nice enough to come let me in, but I couldn’t leave the room without leaving my door propped open. I wasn’t there but a few hours so wasn’t a big deal. Quickly got into the room at 2 am and didn’t have any problems sleeping.

Roaches scattering as soon as we opened the door and flicked on the light. We did not stay.

even though they checked me into a dirty room, just used, not dirty, the front desk was super nice and took care of me quickly. not the best neighborhood but was fine for an over night stay with a cat. i'm giving them 5 stars simply b/c they were nice and acted quickly to take care of me. i appreciate that!

Smoke small in my room. I wasn’t even given a different room and asked to accommodate with my friends since they were short of rooms that night.

The staff and front desk did their best but the rooms are absolutely horrendous. There's no concept of smoke free rooms. It's either more smoke or less smoke rooms. Pretty sure I've had 2 years worth of passive smoking after my stay

The guy at the front desk was very nice. However, this place wreaks of pot. The first room was horrible and we had to ask for another one. The second was better

Absolutely ridiculous for the price they charge no soap in the rooms the chairs are all tore up people at the desk are so rude and they also will come in your room before check out and start cleaning out the room NASHVILLE is awful they need some major changes
