La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Nashville South

The swimming pool was in poor condition. Water discolored, furniture needs a little tlc.

The staff and cleanliness was on par. However the AC was just as loud as the train that ran all night across the road and there was no hot water when I went to take a shower that morning. Seriously not even luke warm.

Overall good other than bathroom

It’s right next to a train yard and you can hear them ALL THE TIME. There were also people hanging out outside of our room well into the night on the first night and singing. I had to put white noise on my phone. The hotel itself was fine. I’m not picky. I don’t think it was quite worth what I spent on it though.

Housekeeping was so nice and helpful everything was going smooth until there was a bed bug crawling! I thought i checked when we got there but not good enough i guess they moved us to a different room we slept with the lights on....

Et je n’ai pas apprécié que je ne puisse pas payé en cash. Il m’a été imposé de payer par carte de crédit en arrivant sur place. L’hôtel est situé près d’une voie ferrée et toute la nuit les freins des trains grincent.

Breakfast was decent. Accommodation’s were sufficient for our needs. Fine place to stay.

Clean room

Noisy neighbors that sounded like they were in my room.

The bathroom was not clean at all. There was dirt all over the shower and hair on the counter by the sink. There is almost no noise insulation, so I was awake at 5 am thanks to some other visitors being very loud after they stayed up until about midnight being loud. We than had to cut our stay short by one night and wanted to look into a possible partial refund for the one night that wasn’t used. I was told management would reach out to discuss the situation and never heard from anyone

Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!! We rented 3 rooms for 2 nights for soccer tournaments for our grandchildren. there were dirty towels in one room, one room had fruit loops still in the bed. The pool was full of dirt so couldn’t use. We stayed the first night after calling manager about fresh linen in the fruit loops bed but after getting up the next morning and realizing the third room out 6 year old grandson slept in had an unchanged linen as well in his bed he had slept in someone else’s urine all night. He was completely dry and had never wet the bed this was definitely not his!!!! I was furious and called the agency I booked through and the hotel was supposed to give a refund for the second night. Never Received!!!!!!! We left the second morning and rented somewhere else… The pictures made this place look wonderful but it was truly a nightmare experience.. Do not stay here!!!

The room was clean and the ac worked

Upon arriving the receptionist told me we had not paid in full and still owed $118. I told her I had paid in full and could show her the receipt. She then says oh well you still have to do the $50 deposit. It was kind of off putting that she just dismissed me still owing money after I told her I could show her the receipt. Room reeked of smoke and must. Hair left on shampoo bottle’s that is provided by hotel. Stains on wall and on bedsheets. Trash was left under the couch. Breakfast consisted of waffles, sausage, and stale cereal.

But the breakfast was not very good in. They often were out of some of the key items like the protein of eggs and sausage. And the biggest issue of all was that its location while convenient to the interstate is close to a train hub. So the sound of squealing wheels on train tracks often went throughout most of the two nights that I was there. And it was still very audible inside of the room, and I had to turn the air-conditioning fan to constant running and also slept with an earplug to drown out the noise. And the doors are exterior to the building and the air-conditioning is a wall unit as opposed to central air-conditioning. The Google reviews were like 2.6 stars out of 4 which is probably more appropriate than the Hotels.com review number that was somewhere in the 7.5 out of 10 range. I definitely do not recommend this hotel sadly due to the train noise which is out of their control.

Where to start... the room was so dusty and stinky we had to move rooms. Doors are covered in dirty black hand prints. AC was loud but did keep the room cool. Went up to the front desk after calling 2x only to wait and not see anyone. The pool no thank it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Also, the place across the street made a loud noise all day and night.

Regular

The place is right by a train yard or manufacturing facility and the rooms/ windows are def not sound proof. The entire night we heard screeching. Not a good night sleep.
