The pool was out of service everyday. There was inadequate parking for all travelers. The rooms were spacious. It was off the highway so very easy to get to/from the city of Nashville. If you are traveling on a budget, this is the place. Next to the Cracker Barrel.

Your staff incredible. Both front desk clerks were so nice and helpful. The noise. I had a hard time sleeping with all the squealing noise from the truck stop or train. Just made it hard to sleep at night.

Was great, would stay again.

Trap hotel - don’t book. Book somewhere else

Hotel was generally okay. There’s a moderately loud squealing noise coming from the big roadways, ALL THE TIME. Housekeeping was bad coz depending on what time we left for the day, we got back to an unkept room with no fresh towels more than half the time. No eggs for breakfast.

The location was great only seven -ten minute drive to Broadway and fifteen minutes from the airport. The presentation was exactly as the photos on Expedia displayed. The room and reception area was clean. However, the Pool was not accessible it was covered not in use. The location is close to a train track there was a squeaking sound at times coming from the train tracks. My stay was short only two nights. I would stay here again for the price and location. Thank you Staff!

Cleanliness was not the best in the room they tile was dirty and not moped well.

Not a good visit. It started off with us having to 10 minutes while the front desk clerk finished her personal phone call. SMH!!

Location of toom and breakfast The pool was filthy and room was not very clean at all charged an extra 50 dollars just to ck in 1 hour early ridiculous the price of the room wasnt worth it.

The floor is in the room were dirty. We had to kill spiders in the bathtub. The towels were dingy so we didn’t use the shower. There were stains on the box springs of the mattress and we were charged a ridiculous $50 deposit even though the room was pre-booked prepaid with a credit card.

Nothing absolutely horrible It was all bad. Absolutely horrible. Bugs everywhere. No curtains in just our room.

Motel was excellent Your Jamaican front desk help was rude and nasty from the beginning!!!! I have registered a complaint with corporate and she represents this motel in a very negative way.You are bleeding repeat customers!!!! I caught her in a lie and and I would never stay there again!!!

I normally stay in higher end hotels, I grab this on the road. It was as clean and well kept as any I’ve ever stayed in and very modern and new carpet and furniture
