The expedia rate quoted me was lower than charged. The desk guy would not honor it. Very disappointing when it says due at hotel and they charge you more. I will probably contest this charge.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable. We had a snack in the bar and breakfast in the morning. Overall, great stay and absolutely would stay again. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there were hairs in the shower.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The complementary breakfast had many options and was always well stocked.
-
A nice clean hotel about a half mile from the action on Broadway. They offer a little reception with music, food and drinks. Easy in and out. Will stay again.

Love the location, friendly staff and clean property !
-
This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a cool, trendy hotel on our way into Nashville, but honestly... this place at the end of our trip was almost as nice and just as comfy. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay downtown Nashville! Everything was great—no complaints!
-
Other than that, great beds, great staff. No real complaints
-
Great place to stay if you wanna be close to the action and not right in the middle of it all. great breakfast and cool air conditioning. It's my go to in Nashville.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location to entertainment on Broadway was perfect.
-
Great hotel at a great location!! Can't beat just walking a short way to all the Broadway action. Breakfast was good, front desk staff are great, comfy beds and at a price that doesn't break the bank. We will refer it to friends and family.

Clean, friendly and the breakfast was great!
-
The common areas were fine but the room we were given was dirty. It noticeably had dirt and hand prints on the floor and mirrors. The refrigerator was not working and the walls were very thin. Very disappointed in the upkeep of the property and will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again

Excellent services all !!
