We love Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one was top tier! Excellent stay!
-
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful snacks, daily drink special, and live music.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was friendly from the front desk, to valet, to the bartender. It was a very quiet hotel. The rooms were clean and honestly one of the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. We didn't get to try the breakfast but everything else was great. It is a short walk to Broadway. Very convenient to drive to Nissan stadium or the Opry. Highly recommend.

Room-excellent, TV- poor they lost their programming provider, free breakfast- the best we have had in 40 years travelling, weigh scale- nothing to weigh out luggage before heading to airport (was recommended by front desk to use the scale in the fitness centre, we did and it was out by 8 lbs we had to shuffle items at check-in counter to avoid $100.00 charge) could buy one for less than that and make available. Staff- super friendly and helpful.

The TV was not working, the front desk refused to answer the phones so we had ro use our phones to call the front desk, we paid for queen beds and got full size, difficult vehicle access.

I love everything to the staff and even the breakfast when I’m back in Nashville I will definitely be staying here.

What has been even more frustrating than the charge itself has been the complete lack of customer service. Over the past several weeks, I have sent close to 40 emails attempting to resolve this issue and provide additional information, yet I have received little to no meaningful response. Most recently, my emails have gone completely unanswered. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that hotels need to enforce policies. However, guests deserve to be treated fairly and to have their concerns acknowledged and investigated in a timely and professional manner. The lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly disappointing and has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I chose this property expecting professionalism and good customer service, but unfortunately, the experience after our stay has overshadowed everything else. I sincerely hope management improves their communication and dispute resolution process so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

Had. Tiles missing. No tv. Reception. Hot water. Was. Hot then cold then would burn you

My experience was great the only issue I had was the wood half ply toilet paper. I understand you go through a lot of it but I think dollar store toilet paper was better than this stuff. The only other thing was breakfast. It was really nice to have this instead of just an orange and muffin like some places but it was virtually the same every single day all week. I know you have to buy this stuff in bulk but maybe a change up here and there would be great

Only issue was my TV wasn't working last night... otherwise, it was great!
-
Breakfast was great and afternoon snack time too. I paid extra for parking.
-
Breakfast was very busy and 2 of the 3 pancake machines were not topped up so there was a queue for the one remaining.
