Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown - Broadway by IHG

Helpful staff. Nice pool area. Great location close to downtown an attractions.

Room was great and its only 10 min walk down Broadway to the strip. Parking is valet only but there is a lot right behind it- in the pool parking lot- that has camera coverage. Also underground parking down the side road. Breakfast was great as a start to the day. Lots of seating available. Also close to the highway and distillery. Will return. Yes its pricy but everywhere down there is if its even remotely close to Broadway

Very clean, great location! Good breakfast workers are so nice!

The room was very nice and well maintained. None of our stuff was touched or reorganized which was nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with it being a busy weekend. We went into breakfast past 9:30 and they let us get food. Valet helped us get our bags from our car when we arrived early. Front desk handled all of our concerns and needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good although the coffee could have been a tad bit stronger. My only concern is I was charged $53 on my credit card. We left the room spotless and the only item I charged to my room was a jug of water. I'm all the way back in Canada so I haven't been able to call the hotel but I am about to send an email.

I would not recommend your hotel and would not consider a Holiday Inn Express location ever again.

Parking was quite expensive and ended up cost more than we were told. I don't know if there was a charge for using a card or if taxes was that high. We never got a receipt.

I was walked out of the hotel because they were overbooked , you know how terrible it is after a long trip ?

Like the gym had different things todo. Was good for my workout. The pool was nice but I didn’t get to use it maybe next time. Ha ha. The valet parking g was nice but too pricey. Breakfasts were nice near things

The staff were very friendly and the amenities were great. The breakfast was Amazing and the social happy hour was great too. The location was absolutely amazing. Great getaway for 3 21 year olds within close proximity yet quiet enough for rest.

Walking distance. Uphill walk back to hotel.

The drain of shower is really bad.

the only have valet parking in this hotel and it is around 58 and up each day if you leave you car overnight , plus the tv channels are really bad, not to much choices ,and sometimes the channels do not work

The location was perfect too! Right on Broadway, most places were walking distance. If too far, we Ubered or took the Old Town Trolley (Stop # 6 is right across the street). Would definitely stay here again!
