We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring Nashville. We would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful place, great location, great guest service.

Was extremely over charged. When checking in the staff was rude. Products were used and not changed in the room. Then I was over charge for valet parking. I paid for 3 different cars. I was able to get a refund but make sure to check your charges here.

The noise from outside traffic going down Broad way was heard very clear all night long in the room. So sleeping was not a success that is the only complaint I have however it’s a big one when you are trying to sleep and you pay a lot of money for a hotel room.

Great location! Very nice! Nice bar and coffee shop. Exceptionally clean. Secure. Very friendly staff. Only issue I could say was the price. Definitely not a bargain. $70 per day for parking is absolutely ridiculous and I had to wait for 30 mins to get my vehicle and valet is the ONLY option offered.

Amazing property and location. New favorite.

Unfortunately, not much to add here. It was probably because there was a big game happening that weekend however, I would not recommend this hotel. We checked in after 4pm (around 4:25/30, check-in time is 4pm) at the World of Hyatt counter and the front desk associate informed us our room was not ready. He said it could be at least another 1/2 hour, but there was no guarantee. Which I kind of thought, isn't check-in time the guarantee? It was a bit disappointing especially as check out is 11am. They said they would text us when the room was ready. By 5:15-20 we had not heard from them so I asked and they said "oh the room is ready, not sure why you did not get a text". We then went to the room and got ready for a dinner reservation. When we got to the elevators, they were not working. Someone waiting for the elevators said they had already been waiting for 20-25 minutes and said they were talking to the front desk who said the elevators were being held for the visiting football team that was staying at the hotel. After a while we decided to take the stairs (18 floors). Gravity was with us but it's still a bummer to have to take the stairs in Nashiville when the temp is in the upper 90's down 18 floors ... not ideal. When we got to the lobby level we were told we could not exit the front door as the team was using it and it was lined with fans waiting to see them arrive. Again, a bit of a bummer as walking out the back door was the opposite direction of our restaurant and again, it was not the coolest temperarture to be walking in. The morning of our checkout (we stayed 2 nights) our sinks filled up with dirty/murky water. We showed the front desk associate a picture and she said she was sorry which was nice but we said maybe someone should service it before checking in another hotel guests. She was kind of young so maybe she didn't know what to say or do with that information. One thing I'm pretty sure of, nothing would be happening to that sink.

The staff was amazing; the room and view was gorgeous. I really didn't want to leave! The room was a bit dusty which effected by allergies/asthma.
