An absolutely amazing establishment all the way around from the building to the staff.

To say that the staff was AMAZING would be a complete understatement! All the staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful but at the restaurant Prime and Proper…the waitstaff, bartenders and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We were there for 3 nights and we ate at Prime and Proper all 3 nights! The meal I had there honestly was the very best meal I have ever had!! The two managers came to make sure we had everything we needed and also two chiefs can out to thank us for being return customers! Alissa, the General Manager has done an amazing job with her staff! Next time we are in Nashville…Prime and Proper will certainly be our place to eat!!

Loud music from speakers start up at 6 AM outside on the rail yard side of the hotel where the food trucks are. complained two times. Nothing changed. Disappointed! 👎

Perfect hotel! 5 blocks from Downtown broadway or a $5 uber ride! Definitely would stay again!

What made my stay was the gentleman at the front desk willing to open the hotel shop for me and my wife late at night to let us buy somethings. We told him no but just that little gesture was nice and over the top and much appreciated! Will be coming back for sure!

We stayed at the Nashville Grand Hyatt for the second time. It's so convenient to both Broadway and the Gulch. The pool was relaxing, and the service at the hotel was excellent. There are plenty of options to stay in Nashville, but we would recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone going.

The rooms on the yard side have a lot of trains going by. Also they have speakers outside that start playing music at 6 AM. I complained to staff 2 times why is the music playing loud outside where the food trucks are at 6AM? Nobody could give me an answer. I mentioned nobody is even out there at that time of day. Nobody should have to be disrupted in your own room from music outside! It does shut off at night but it starts right up at 6 AM! If you want rest do not stay on that side of the hotel.

Disappointed, thought we had purchased room with king bed on a high level. When we arrived to check in the hotel would only offer us the 6th floor out of 24 floors. Said because we had gone through a 3rd party they could not change our room. Felt a little misled.
