Grand Hyatt Nashville

The rooms on the yard side have a lot of trains going by. Also they have speakers outside that start playing music at 6 AM. I complained to staff 2 times why is the music playing loud outside where the food trucks are at 6AM? Nobody could give me an answer. I mentioned nobody is even out there at that time of day. Nobody should have to be disrupted in your own room from music outside! It does shut off at night but it starts right up at 6 AM! If you want rest do not stay on that side of the hotel.

Disappointed, thought we had purchased room with king bed on a high level. When we arrived to check in the hotel would only offer us the 6th floor out of 24 floors. Said because we had gone through a 3rd party they could not change our room. Felt a little misled.

Great location and service! Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday and they made our family feel welcome with birthday cupcake and card! The manager was really helpful.

The location is excellent the grounds are beautiful and within walking distance of many activities. I have nothing negative to say about Grand Hyatt Nashville. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

there were no complementary breakfast you had to pay for everything and I booked it through Expedia. They told me a different price and when I get to the hotel was a different price is more than I expected.

The room was adjacent to the railway track and the trains were very noisy, they woke me up late at night and again very early in the morning.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful! The rooftop bar was great and staff was so nice! The pool area was comfortable and nice! Overall stay was wonderful! Only suggestion is to have a menu for room service and easy calling for room service.
