Hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 1 Hotel Nashville has such a beautiful, earthy and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I genuinely had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The location is also perfect and within easy walking distance of the main strip, so we could enjoy Nashville without having to drive everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a cute little shop in the lobby. The entire hotel just feels peaceful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!

It starts from the moment you arrive and walk through the large wooden doors surrounded by plants into an air-conditioned lobby smelling like pine and sandalwood - a welcome experience after dragging your suitcase up a hill in the Nashville heat. You ooh and aah about the decor, the coffee shop, the restaurant and you haven’t even been up to your room yet. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the room…believe me I’ve tried. Here’s a cherry to add to the greats of this hotel: there’s a courtesy car with driver that can take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The staff is almost as perfect as the décor itself. Chris and Stephen in particular were absolute dolls. 1 is a little piece of luxury nature in the middle of the city. As far as I can tell there is only one thing wrong with it - and it’s terrible, really - you’ll never want to leave.

My only disappointment was the downstairs restaurant. The menu could use a revamp, and unfortunately, the brunch was not good. With an improved dining experience, this hotel would be absolutely flawless. I would still highly recommend 1 Hotel Nashville and look forward to staying again!

They charge a lot of extra fees high valet charge. Might as well add on 200 to your night. Stay with all the fees.

Beautiful property and great location. Had a great restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar. Bamford Spa is amazing and one of the best massages I’ve had. Also the bedding is top notch. Front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest but others were! Also, definitely put your Do Not Disturb on since housekeeping came at 8:30am, 3pm and 5pm for turndown and if you were laying down for any of those, it would wake you.
