We reserved a room with two beds as we had 3 adults in our party but the room provided when we arrived was a king bed and pull out sofa. They were not able to move us until the next day.

Location away from noise Twice during my 4 night stay booking out / closing the top floor pool so no access to people who have paid to stay there and use their facilities.

The pool on the roof was very small, it only allowed for about 25 people to stand with drinks in their hands, which was the situation there. We had an 8 year old, who is a good swimmer, but she could barely move! She did use the lap pool, but that's not a vacation. The people at the front desk were not friendly. The card keys needed to use the elevator were a huge hassle. The downstairs restaurant had a small menu, and the bill came with confusion about the room credits with Bonvoy. The experience was quite awkward. We went to a different hotel for our breakfast the next day. A valet man was messing around with our Waymo, it was embarrassing. Highly disappointed. We will not return, and I do not recommend.
