Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

It was a nice and comfortable hotel close to all amenities

Error with key at check-in- staff very offhand about correct it. One room was great but other had broken towel hooks, extractor fan not working. Cleaning staff were fantastic

Very good

The hotel is situated within easy walkable distance to all of Nashville's attractions. It is a well maintained modern and visitor friendly place with many facilities to make one's stay a comfortable as possible. The staff are all pleasant and attentive. When we checked in we were referred to the concierge who attempted to pressure us into a 90 minute presentation, I assume for a timeshare (they did offer us $300), but we felt they were a little too high pressured. The parking for our 3 nights worked out to close to $200. Also we were asked to put down a $300 deposit (100$daily) which I felt was a little too excessive.

Hotel was great, rooms clean and comfortable, facilities great and excellent location The checkin process. After a long flight the last thing you want is to be hassled on a time-share type scam. To 'unlock' vouchers we were told by the checking staff we had to go to another counter. At this point there was a discussion around just needing 90 minutes of your time, it would cost $60 and it was offsite. Promises of tickets and visa cards to get us to agree. When we came back to say we were not interested their Manager said there is nothing else on around here early in the morning you should just do it. It put a real downer on our experience with the staff.

Margaritaville themed was cool Rooms weren’t very clean, staff were not very accommodating and pool was disgusting. Pool was so cloudy you couldn’t even see to the bottom and it was only 3ft deep.

It’s a very nice hotel when the AC in your room works. Had to change rooms at 10:30 pm with no help from the staff other than handing us new room keys. First and last time I will stay there.

Only complaint is that they need to designate an elevator for service staff.

Everything was great except our room wasn’t marked as ready for 2 hours after check in time.

Great spot, close to the strip, pool was a definite perk for our hot weekend. Staff was very friendly and rooms very nice. Breakfast was yummy at the restaurant in the lobby but disappointing they would allow us to have our welcome margarita (a perk) or out breakfast on the patio.

Room size was nice and view from room was ok. Blaze at the concierge desk was awesome. Starbucks connected. Late check in. Dirty floors and room. Twice requested room be cleaned never was. Called to have more towels brought up since room wasn’t clean took over an hour. Ask for sheets and blankets next night never arrived!

I love the pool however the water was a but warmer than I like on a 100 degree day.

Great stay - overall property was beautiful, our specific room had some challenges, but we did enjoy the pool area

The pool and bar area were a joke. You couldn’t swim in it if you wanted to. It was packed with kids and people. No where to sit in the bar/pool area. It was even completely closed for 1 entire day of the 4 day stay for a private party. Hence, the resort fee should be waived. Housekeeping was minimal to none in the room. We had to track them down for towels everyday.

Within 10 minute walk to a Broadway. Rooftop bar and pool are nice with a live band. Staff at rooftop bar is limited. Clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff was great!
