Very nice clean rooms, good views and nice pool area. Pool could be a bit cleaner, wifi and TV/ chrome cast were almost unusable, but doesn’t matter too much to me on vacation.

Great place to stay!

Waitress was excellent...as we're bartenders.

We arrived early and were told immediately that early check in would not be available. We checked in after 4pm and were never alerted that it was ready at normal check in. The downstairs shop was closed the whole trip, so they had a small beverage fridge to buy water/drink in afterhours, but it was not kept stocked. The pool bar was understaffed, and conditions were left dangerous for employees and staff. One employee for 50+ guests is not acceptable when paying for such a stay. Add on to the fact the employee was left to deal with the brunt of guests being unhappy with waiting. The bar floor was drenched in water and unsafe for the bartender to move without fear of falling. The cleaning staff made the beds however did not change sheets. The appeal of this hotel was not as impressive as I thought it would be.

Clean and nice

Enjoyed the pool area and the Fins pool bar

The hotel is within walking distance of everything. We loved the hotel. The pool was great small but great. The rooms were also fine.
-
Everything was great, shower floor was stained that it wouldn’t come clean. The security deposit was a little high charging $100 a day so we had to pay $200 on or security deposit way too much. We also paid valet parking. Great service the whole time. phone in the room didn’t work so you had to go down to the front desk every time you needed something.
-
Very clean and spacious. Nice view on the ninth floor

1 trash can is not enough in your room! No draft beer at the pool bar which is terrible,

The room was gorgeous and very clean. Staff was super friendly. Pool and pool bar was amazing to cool off during the day.
-
The restaurant was nice and food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, however, our door would not close automatically and we came back one day and it was open. Pool was very cloudy and pool bar area smelled very sour.

If your into cruise ships this is a good spot. It was crowded and the minute you check in they are trying to sell you excursions. I believe the hotel is partially a time share. We were looking forward to the pool which was so crowded and small. All the chairs were full so we couldn’t even sit out. All the coffee in our room was decaf and getting regular was an issue. Poolside bar had nothing on draft.

Great time, will definitely stably there again!

Awesome time

Hotel was emptying septic tank in the middle of the day. The whole hotel smelled horrible for couple of hours. Pool was closed at 4:30 pm on two consecutive days of our 3 day stay for some private event. Probably the worst margaritas we have in a place paradoxically named Margaritaville.
-
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is the customer service. Staff were generally not friendly or helpful, and there was little consistency in how guests were treated. If you can overlook the lack of hospitality, the property itself is a decent place to stay, but the service fell well below expectations.

It was a good place to stay for a weekend. The pool is smaller than what the photo showed and it’s packed on Saturdays.

Housekeeping did 9AM check ins which was nice but odd, they would knock on the door and if you asked for towels they didn’t have any, it was just someone from house keeping with no cart This was every morning at 9am Outdoor pool was nice, live music was good

Staff was very friendly and our room was great. The hotel’s location was ideal and was close to all of the things we wanted to see and do. However, the pool was not refreshing (very warm), was cloudy, and had lots of floating debris (dirt, hair, etc.), which was unfortunate for us since the pool/bar area was a big part of the reason we chose the hotel.
