Only complaint was no carts available during check in. Otherwise we would love to stay again!

The pool area for the second year in s row is completely insane. Kids in pool with adults acting worse than kids. One older couple literally almost skinny dipping in pool. Do better really giving you guys a bad reputation. Other guests were talking about it as well

Everything is good the staff. The cleanness of the rooms the only thing that sucks is you have to pay to park $60 per night 😞 it should be included in the room the shower doors the water 💦 keeps going the floor couldn't make love 💕 without getting water all over the place 😭

Great hotel in Central location! The only downside was that the pool by the end of the day had a film of sunscreen on it… the staff did their best to keep it clean, but I can imagine it’s a losing battle.

Everything was amazing the hotel, the location. The only thing I didn’t care for was all the glasses drinks left by the pool. I thought the staff should’ve cleaned them up better people just left their empty drinks everywhere otherwise perfect vacation.

Great hotel, very kind staff, great location 2 block from Broadway, right near Country Music Hall of Fame. Only downfall is no microwave in the rooms, which was hard with my daughter with severe food allergies and we have to bring most of her food everywhere. Not one in lobby either and staff said they could not warm anything up for us. But hotel was beautiful and great location.
