We have stayed here several times and don't even consider another property. Your staff is very helpful, the property is very clean and absolutely love the buffet breakfast, if you go away hungry its on you. Highly recommend.

Room was nice and clean. Room was thoughtfully designed. Good parking, lots are a bit small/slim for all the big cars.

Good Clean Rooms, elevators might be an issue for some due to no stairs going up from the lobby.

Front desk team were very responsive and ready to help. Breakfast was well stocked and a welcome perk. Will be back again during our next visit.

Property was clean games in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. There were quite a few homeless people outside. I know that’s obviously not something. The hotel can deal with, but it was noticeable.

We found this hotel to be the best stay for Nashville. Only 8 min walk from Broadway ( close enough to walk but far enough from the noise) and only 5 min walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The breakfast selection was the best I have ever seen, and the free coffee and ICE COFFEE all day is an added bonus! Pool was also very clean, and the maids were great! 10/10 would stay here again
