Ideal location for downtown Nashville, couldn’t fault service anytime we rang looking for fresh towels etc they had them to us in no time

The location. The friendliness of the front of house staff. The cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff. We were there for 9 days and had hoped for some relaxing pool time. However, on each occasion we attempted this, the lounger cushions were soaking due to the occasional, but heavy rainfall. We felt that some pool attendants would be welcome to remove the cushions on such occasions as normally happens at other hotels we have stayed at.

We liked having a large room with a place for 3 of us to put all our stuff. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was handy to have! The Bar down the street that was recommended unfortunately was a disappointment on our last night there

I arrived very late and the front desk lady was super helpful! My bag was lost so i had no toiletries. She provided me with the basics which allowed me to shower and get ready for my meeting in a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the Bridgestone Center.

The location and charges for parking are hard to beat when it come to being this close to the Bridgestone. The elevators are a problem but I don’t know how to fix it because they are just so busy.

Had to be the best free breakfast buffet I have ever had at a suite style hotel. Huge variety catered to vegans, gluten free, regular, healthy...constantly restocked. Very close to main attractions like assembly food hall, Bridgestone arena, ryman auditorium, downtown broadway and walking distance to Nissan Stadium. The people are friendly and so accommodating. Definitely recommend this location!
