Nice hotel in a close to town area. Most staff were nice but one of the cleaning staff was not very helpful. So I gave them a 4 instead of a 5. The breakfast, though, was the most amazing one we ever had! They even had iced coffee available all day!

Visited Nashville for a concert, the hotel was perfectly placed to be away from the late night hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough to walk to it and everything else downtown within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Best breakfast buffet. Great selection and hot food. Location, location, location, great place to stay and able to walk to all the great attractions.

From the moment we walked in until the time we checked out was wonderful! Front desk staff were responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Erica Terrance who was an absolute sweetheart!! Parking on site, super clean and location was great! Ohhhhh, did I mention their breakfast...AMAZING!!!! The biggest variety of yummy items we have ever seen! Nothing that I didn't like

Check in was easy and quick. Loved the underground, safe parking garage. Breakfast was outstanding! Location was easy to get to many sites around downtown by walking. Shower had the best water pressure. 10/10 would stay here again.

This hotel was top of the line for the price and location. I really enjoyed staying for few nights. The breakfast was delicious and had multiple options. My family had a great time staying at this hotel .
