Anything needed for your room such as wash cloths, toilet paper etc you have to go retrieve yourself from the front desk. At $500 a night most nights to have that delivered I don’t look at as far fetched. Especially staying on the Elite floor. Breakfast was free but just ok worth going out to eat. Aesthetically beautiful but guest services needs work.

Central location. Breakfast gets boring.

Great hotel. And very close to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again the next time I am in Nashville.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. There was a nice outdoor terrace but it was too hot to be outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was close to interesting attractions.

I loved everything about the property. The room was very nice. Great location. All staff were very kind and polite. The pool, bar and grill were good. We walked down to Broadway so many food places, bars and shopping options. My only dislike was the breakfast. I would’ve liked to be upcharged a pay a difference to eat at the AC breakfast. The Residence Inn doesn’t have the evening reception like the D.C. location.

Definitely stay there again!

Breakfast service was great and the pool was nice with the large hot tub. Recommend the studio king. Very spacious and great for a family of 4. Overall great hotel perfect walking distance to broadway and the country museum.

Unfortunately, my group and I did have one negative interaction with another staff member who was incredibly rude and condescending. I brought the situation to the front desk, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Manager NYE Maduramente and Iman Ibrahim. They were, without a doubt, two of the kindest, most compassionate, and genuinely caring hospitality professionals I have ever met. They took the time to truly listen to what had happened, made me feel heard, and immediately took steps to make things right. What impressed me most was that they didn't stop there—they continued to check in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Their level of professionalism, empathy, and dedication to guest satisfaction went far beyond my expectations. They completely turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that I'll remember for all the right reasons. NYE and Iman are incredible representatives of this hotel. Their kindness and commitment to exceptional customer service are the reason I'll happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville. Thank you both for going above and beyond—you truly made our trip special!

This hotel was beautiful. We stayed here for a concert at the Nissan Stadium and even though it wasn't right next to the stadium, it was an easy walk back to the hotel. Broadway is also in walking distance. We were on the elite floor and the room was super spacious with a full kitchen, 2 queen beds, a couch that you could turn into a bed, along with 2 TVs. We didn't get to use the pool, but we did check it out. It was awesome! The only downfall to our room was the fact that it was on the corner with the food trucks and you could hear their music in the room. In fact, we were able to hear all of the street noise until things calmed down around 2 or 3AM. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again. Easy check out and even though everyone was checking out at once, the wait for our car using valet was less than 5 minutes.

Staff was responsive, restaurants were decent. Rooftop bar area was a little stinky from the rain but cant really hold that against them. Overall will try to book there again next trip.
