Staff and breakfast were great
-
It’s a very nice and clean hotel, within walking distance of Broadway and the Listening Room and Cafe. Will definitely stay here again!
-
The hotel was accommodating and nice. My only complaint is the elevators! They take forever and there’s only 3 and sometimes they’ll go past your floor and you’ll be waiting.
-
Hotel itself was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I was a little let down with the pool. Why have it open to the public and allow day passes on a holiday weekend when your hotel is probably over 90% booked is beyond me. Not enough loungers or umbrellas available. Guests are required to pay just as much as non guests to reserve them which is mind blowing to me. When you have guests already spending money to stay there and then want to charge them again to reserve a lounger or umbrella is ridiculous.

Property was clean and rooms well maintained with a small kitchenette. Excellent view of the city from our room as well. Walking distance to all surrounding activities in the downtown core.

The stay was great as always. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints.
-
Breakfast. Pool restaurant. Both excellent. Room great
-
Had to ask for room to be cleaned daily for that price it should be done without having to ask. I mean 100$ hotels clean daily.
-
Booked a 2-bedroom suite for myself, wife & children. Great set-up. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms. Excellent breakfast bar, pool & bar.

Nice
-
Room was great and roomy. Our room was on the third floor and there was a minor cliche with our TVs but they were able to fix it, and what do to if it happens again. No hairdryers so bring your own if you use one. Everyone was really nice! Great location as well.
-
Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Excellent location!
-
The room was clean but they forgot to completely clean out the fridge in the room. It was a very clean room otherwise and location is great. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. I would definitely stay there again.
-
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits to Nashville. Convenience and how close to downtown entertainment.
