Clean room, breakfast was good. Location is within walking distance of Broadway street and was very safe.

Arrived on 8/16/26 for my 30th Birthday. We got in about a little after 8:00pm local time. Headed to the check in desk only to be told the only room available on the floor we reserved was dirty. To say that my wife was extremely frustrated as well as myself was an understatement. She planned this for my 30th and that night had a surprise set up for just after we arrived at the hotel. We waited an additional 30 minutes before a room was ready, not on the original floor we requested. No comped night no apologies we were just given a bottle of Fiji water for our troubles. Very disappointed and a very sour taste in my mouth for a very special event.

Very clean property. Very safe. Gorgeous pool. Close to music city center perfect to stay for a conference.

The property is located in a fabulous location, and it’s always nice when there’s a Starbucks within easy walking distance! There is a $60 per day valet that I didn’t pay attention to, so that’s on me. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable, but the beds are on the harder side. Overall, absolutely will stay here in the future! So quiet, comfortable, and convenient!

The check in process was a bit slow, seemed like they needed more staff to man the front desks. Pool bar lounge was great. Rooms were comfortable. Great location.

The location was good to walk to Broadway and tourist sites. Hotel breakfast comprehensive and good. Pool hot tub and pool restaurant bar very nice. Room with Kitchen and den with separate bedroom was really nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice, clean, and very convenient, with everything located close by. I felt the price was a little high, and the staff was not very friendly and came across as a bit rude. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The property was great and in a central location to everything. The only negative was the lack of parking and how expensive it was. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Our room was comfortable, the hotel was in a great location, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The friendly staff and little extra accommodations really made a difference. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!
