Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

I loved the hotel, it was nice, I loved the room too it was very clean! Can't think of anything at all

eggs were ok and sausage it said it was a breakfast buffet but no bacob or biscuits and gravy and no sausage links wasnt a buffet very dissapointed

The room freshener is overwhelming in the lobby. If you’re sensitive to fragrances like me, you will have issues. The rooms were quite as bad but there was still a noticeable smell.

The property was great. Location wasn’t far from Broadway and all the stores and bars. Our room was nice. It’s an older room with older carpet but overall a nice and roomie space with a kitchen and living area. The down side to the hotel was the staff. There seemed to be more rude staff than there were helpful and nice ones. There were 2 check in staff members that were either outright rude or just had a face and tone that wasn’t friendly. We also encountered a pool bartender that was very rude. It doesn’t seem like they train their staff to use a costumer service tone or language. I felt like a nuisance to them if I needed to ask anything. They have complimentary breakfast which was very nice. And their pool and jacuzzi were great. Lots of great things about the hotel. They also had many areas to lounge around with friends. It was a nice place to go with a big group.

70.00 for 1 night is a lil excessive for parking This was only bad thing the parking

Was very clean Staff was always cheerful and ready to assist with questions or concerns

Jae at check in was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The beds was comfortable.

This is now the hotel we plan on always staying at. We had an amazing experience staying. It is was the perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool was green and the hotel closed the pool for my entire stay.

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and all day coffee/tea available. I would recommend!

Location and property were great! Rooms were very cute too, but it was extremely hard to get a hold of staff to get new clean towels and garbage taken, it was a little challenging with 4 girls when they only give 1 towel per person in the room.

Be prepared to show your ID every single time you get a drink. Totally ridiculous to have to carry your ID everywhere and present it. Never will go back to Nashville
