AC Hotel by Marriott Nashville Downtown

There were only 2 small elevators used by customers AND staff, and a LOT of floors, so there was a lot of waiting. Stairs are not as feasible that high up, especially with luggage.

I reserved a junior suite,and for paying basically 1700 dollars the rug in living room was dirty, rest of room was okay ! Don’t want to complain about maid service, because I know they work hard and only have a short time for cleaning rooms. Balcony was nice and was fun to go out and watch the action. The rules of buying beer one at a time and they have to open it for you was ridiculous ( at the mini store) had to go to the hotel around the corner to buy coffee! Roof top bar was nice, pool was good ! Had an incident with my credit card and no one was able to help me over the phone while I was at a show and unable to come back to the hotel ! Issue was explained once I got back! My husband was disappointed and we are both in agreement we won’t be staying in this hotel again when coming back in May !!

Close walk to broadway and right across the street in the country music hall of fame. Great stay!

The roof top bar views were excellent Close to restaurants and other attractions like Broadway and the mall.I would choose this hotel again

Otherwise, the hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few things to keep in mind if you’re planning to spend a lot of time by the pool.

The desk staff were wonderful and very pleasant. The room was clean. Only issues were that the water pressure in the shower was very very low. The air conditioner was very loud whenever it kicked on and off and the vent rattled the whole time it was running. It was very hot when we were there so needed the ac but the noise made it impossible to sleep.

Excellent stay! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, the price was reasonable, and there were plenty of amenities that made the stay even better. Everything was comfortable and easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay.

Decent hotel, location is good, restaurant hours not so much

7-8 minute walk to Broadway.

We had an amazing stay. The Junior Corner suite was perfect.

The room was clean despite stains on the carpet. The pool was out of commission for the entire time. If you like an outdoor pool and patio then choose Omni.
