Excellent downtown/Broadway hotel option. The pool is second to none in Nashville. It is walking distance to everything! One block to Martin’s BBQ, one block to the Country Music Hall of Fame, two blocks to Bridgestone Arena, 3 blocks from Broadway Street. With the pool situation, highly recommended!

We came to Nashville for a 4 day stay in Nashville. Our room did not receive any service during our entire stay. We had to call the desk and ask for everything repeatedly. The hotel itself is nice, but for a $250 a night hotel, it seemed like they don't really care. It's Nashville and they have enough demand so they are allowed to do the minimum.

The pool and hot tub were packed all day everyday of our stay wall to wall people and kids !!!! I rented our room there because of the pool and hot tub never got to use it once swimming with 200 people is Nasty !!!!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were pitiful. Slept terrible.

The stay was great all staff members were helpful and very kind. The property was clean. The valet was quick with all services. We loved how it was within three to five min from Broadway. The pool area was vibrant and relaxing all in one, with food and drinks at the restaurant that is located within the pool area. It is worth the visit.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the initial room not being what we had requested. The first desk worker was completely unhelpful. We went back and discussed it with a different person who reassigned us and we were very pleased with the outcome.
