Extremely clean and everyone so nice

Room was great, front desk super friendly and helpful. Staff through out the hotel the ones who clean the rooms could not communicate to Doran with you so

The hotel itself is top tier and it’s in a great location. The only complaint we have is the elevator situation. We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and the elevators had a long wait. On our way back from the fireworks it was super packed and the lines were long to get on the elevator bc everyone was coming back at the same time. My husband and I and other people as well tried to take the stairs but the door was locked which prohibited anybody taking the stairs. This was an inconvenience and also a safety hazard.

We loved the hotel all around. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Very clean rooms and I wish we were able to stay longer because the pool/bar area was amazing

Loved everything except the low height of the safety rails on the roof. Just made me a bit nervous. (Of course I am an insurance agent so maybe I am a bit sensitive to things like that). Great hotel.
