First time staying at this Omni Hotel-Nashville, it was excellent in every way, helpful staff, very clean, food at every restaurant on the property was wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Omni also want to mention that it is close to the attractions downtown.

Great location to walk to events at Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. Hotel has many dining options and a cute store to browse.

Staff was amazing! It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we were given exceptional gifts and upgrades. The Omni is our favorite hotel.

Great place to stay!

Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed at checkout by what felt like a hidden fee of around $200. It came across as deceptive and I genuinely don't understand how charges like this are considered acceptable. Whether it's buried in the fine print or not fees should be transparent from the start and not a surprise at checkout. My advice to future guests is simple read every detail carefully before booking. As they say, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... well, there won't be a second time."

William was amazing, he was very kind to our group and even upgraded our room free of charge so shoutout to him!

Loved that it was so close to the main strip, but my bed sheets had holes in them.

Valet guys were very helpful!

Check in was awful. Our room was given away and the clerk instead of working toward a solution simply clapped her hands and left the desk. Another clerk had to step in to salvage the situation but at that point, the tone for the trip had been set. The next day, I was able to have a conversation with Raj, an assistant rooms manager and he worked to resolve the situation and add to our stay the second day and that was much appreciated. I just couldn’t get past the feeling that we were some type of second class citizen on the first night. The hotel made the mistake and we were made not only to pay the price but basically were going to be downgraded. I’m not sure that’s the type of service you would expect from a property like this.

Very clean and professional, double queen bed for myself, wife and 12 year old daughter was plenty for 4 days. Lovely location.
