The Hotel is in a perfect location! We visited the Country Music Museum connected to the hotel. We also attended a concert at the Ryman which is close. Our last evening there we went to The Listening Room, a great experience, also within walking distance! We had several breakfast meals which were delightful, we enjoyed talking with Keira who was quite helpful. Nothing of note

Our breakfast at the kitchen was exceptional. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Broadway. We loved our room and and the view. The bed was so comfortable. The room's accessories were very enjoyable. I can't think of a thing. Your staff and facility were amazing. We will most definitely come back.

Ate breakfast at the restaurant, was good but pricey My niece and her husband had their credit card number skimmed at the lobby bar (according to them and their credit card company, I have no proof of that)

Enjoyed our weekend stay at the Omni Downtown. Every staff member encountered was pleasant and helpful. Beautiful room and enjoyed our stay - would visit again.

Gorgeous hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, with outstanding service. Loved the very open lobby and spacious with a beautiful bar. Perfect location. Not too close to Broadway, but close enough to everything. The hotel provided us with a surprise bottle of champagne and charcuterie plate for my birthday, which was unexpected and lovely, plus a fantastic room with a view perfect experience and we will stay there again in the future. Not a thing. We loved everything about it.

Two things ruined my stay here. 1 - Refusing to let me use a butler cart to bring my luggage down from the 18th floor for my departure. 2 - Adding erroneous charges to my credit card at departure called, Destination Charges without an explanation of what it actually is. Other than that it was a very nice property in a good location.

We stay at the Omni every time we go to Nashville. Great breakfast in the restaurant and near Predator Stadium and Broadway. Staff is very nice!
