The stay is good. The AC was working but then it is not working. The maintenance team was pretty good to solve the issues. There is no ice on every single floor. Just the first and the second floor. Overall. It is alright.

The room, the hallways, stairways, food, and the STAFF were great! The staff is kind and sweet and the surrounding are clean and well maintained. I look forward to our next trip to Nashville and we will absolutely staff here again. The location is perfect - very walkable to many sites. Thank you.

The breakfast was good and the staff was excellent especially Jackie Robinson she was so nice and very helpful she helped us with everything how to get an Uber down to what was great to do in Nashville she also showed me a mistake in my reservation and helped me fix it we need more people like her in jobs such as this

Bathroom had mold marks everything else was clean and bed was comfy. Wish that there was a wall that blocked light from bathroom sink it shines in eyes
