The property and rooms were clean, free breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wish they had a lobby bar.

Carpet in room was gross and sticky.

The hallways were terribly HOT. All of the furniture in the common areas need to be replaced.

Great place . Our hot water came out of the spot labeled cold and vice versa . Either way great place and clean .

The check in staff was not very friendly or happy to see the group. We were not aware of the car parking arrangement that was needed. $60 for valet parking only per night; very expensive. Orbitz should have included this fact.

Good location at a reasonable price for downtown Nashville

Other than slight maintenance that may need to be done with the room, my stay was amazing! From the Valet to the room service staff customer service standard was high. Clean room. Plenty of towels. I have to say this is the FIRST hotel I've ever stayed in where the water actually got hot! And i stay in a lot of hotels for travel. Great breakfast bar (no crumbs on the counter!)Great location you're just minutes within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Short walk to Broadway and basically everything. Complimentary breakfast was key and plentiful. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Definitely stay there again

Staff at the desk had given our room away a couple of hours before we had arrived. He continued to deny that he had done it. Our booking party called the property to get things straightened out. WOW! What a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel was in an excellent location, but it could use some updates. The only parking option available was valet service.

Staff great! Property showing wear and tear. Common area furniture worn and ripped. Breakfast items (hot) not great. Valet contractor not equal to hotel staff for customer experience and needs improvement especially at the rates charged.

Great location

This is a very comfortable property that is conveniently located a short walk to Broadway, the Arena and other fun places. The free buffet breakfast is a huge time and cost saver.

Very convenient and walkable neighborhood. Lobby furniture is in terrible shape and should be replaced. No lobby bar available but coffee and water station was a nice amenity.

I was charged a 250.00 smoking fee and I don't smoke. Called 4 times and left messages for manager to call me and never did, but got the charge taken off credit card. I would have like to have spoken to the manager and asked why the housekeeper said I smoked in room.
