The room was plain and dingy. The hallways and elevators were incredibly HOT. **They do not offer parking aside from Valet; The rate was $59 for the night plus fees and taxes**

Hotel room door was stuck. Needed to hit it with my shoulder to open it. Hallway was 100 degrees ( no air conditioning). Furniture in the lobby was ripped and cracked. The place needs a remodel.

Staff were awesome and helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was huge. If you like to go to sleep early take headphones. You can hear all the noise from the street. Cleaning of your room is every other day and it wasn’t a good cleaning. I think they just made bed and gave clean towels, no vacuuming was done. Parking is only valet and it is expensive. You can find parking elsewhere for a lot cheaper. We used Spot Hero.

Location was good. Forced Valet Parking cost $68/night with tax, tips were additional. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was not very clean, furniture is rundown and maintenance was lacking. Road noise was excessive, but it was over July 4th weekend.

I didn’t like that the hotel was valet only and the website did not make it clear!

Great downtown location and great rooms
-
This hotel is convenient to walking downtown.

This is a great place to stay for visiting downtown Nashville. The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions. We had a room with a king size bed. The room was good size and clean. Valet parking on site, cost $59 per night. The free breakfast was average.

The room was spacious & clean. Our room had a hot tub which we used & very much appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located close to many of the city's attractions. The staff was very courteous & helpful with advice. The comp breakfast had a large number of options, all of which were great, & a large roomy area to enjoy it. The valet parking was convenient & reasonably priced for downtown. The only problem was that the a.c. unit adjustment using the thermostat was complicated. Overall, I highly recommend the room & hotel!!

There was no air in the hallways or elevator and the air in the room didnt cool consistently. It wasnt as warm as the hallway so it was tolerable but not comfortable. The room had signs of water damage. The bottom 3 inches of the bathroom door lacked paint and were warped and corroded. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was a good size. The location is fantastic!
-
Clean, spacious rooms. Great for small families. Something to be aware of is that you have to pay for Valet if parking on property. I wish I would have known that beforehand. That said, paying for parking in the vicinity probably would have been the same or more.

Staff was very personable and friendly

The breakfast was very good each morning! There were differences to the menu also. I was very disappointed we were without water from 5 0’ until 1 am one evening for an emergency plumbing repair. I was told they emailed everyone they could on Friday but the repair was Wednesday night. THAT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EMERGENCY! Why couldn’t it be set for maybe 9 am to 4 pm during a quiet day like Monday? How about no shower after walking the Nashville streets? VERY disappointed I was not given any refund!

The breakfast was FANTASTIC! We especially loved all of the space in the room including two sinks.

We enjoyed our 4 nights here. Great location, within walking distance to downtown. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and great continental breakfast. We would stay here again!
