Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown

The breakfast was okay, nice to have coffee at any time. But need to use real bacon and eggs at breakfast because they were fake and rubbery. The muffins were good. Staff were nice and cordial.

Worst hotel Ive ver stayed in. Room was filthy, thermostat was hanging off the wall, bugs flying, phone broken , renovation happening until 11 pm ….I could go on and on but Ill leave it at that.

Great location! Clean, nice staff. The only bad thing is that they do not have a bar or restaurant on site. We would’ve liked to have a couple of cocktails while we got ready to go out. Could not, unfortunately

Close to downtown. Friendly staff!! Big plus! Everything is great!

Room door was misaligned and very hard to open. Sink faucet was too far away from sink and the water pressure was terrible. Requested room to be made up and it was not done. Had to call down to front desk three times to request towels and finally received towels from front desk personnel. Shower it room was too small because of a useless bath tub. Just a terrible overall experience!

Great staff, good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms

While the room was clean it was very shabby. The shower handle was barely attached. The tub stop was not attached therefore useless. The room ceiling had areas with cracks and peeling where previous leaks had come through from above. One of the cabinet doors was not able to open and the air conditioner made some very concerning noises. On the plus side it was in a great location and the included breakfast was wonderful. Staff was also very nice.

When they tried to hit me with a hidden convenience fee of $0.99 to tip the valet by credit card that was pretty sleazy. Overall it’s a decent place.

We stayed at this place only one night but it was very comfortable. The room and all the public spaces were clean and well-furnished. It was very important to us that the hotel was dog-friendly as we were traveling with our pup. The location is great with just a couple of steps away from Broadway with great night life and lots of dining options. A self-served breakfast, which was included in the price, had some hot options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hamptons Inn & Suits Downtown in Nashville.

It was fairly close to Broadway After paying $500+ for one night, I still had to pay for parking…

Hotel needs a little TLC, but overall okay for the price. Staff was nice, accommodating. Unit was relatively clean, hotel common areas were a bit tired. They are renovating a floor, so appears to be attempting to spruce it up. Close to Broadway and Hall of Fame.

I was in room 621 and have multiple bites on my legs. I spoke with the regional manager in the elevator and he said he would look into it. We never heard back. I have at least 20 bites but never found any bugs.
