Clean room

Due to a last minute change of plans, we decided to celebrate July 4th in Nashville. I was so happy that Hilton Garden Inn had rooms available! The hotel is beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and the valet staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again!

Location was great. We walked everywhere, except to The Gulch. We were given an accessible room, so it was quite spacious. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The chairs in the room were not cleaned prior to our arrival. They had long hairs on them. I cleaned them.

The hotel is well located, clean and has good amenities. The gym is well equipped and there are laundry facilities. The breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. The only thing I felt was not good was the pool lounger situation. For a massive hotel, there were not many loungers, this was then made worse because they allowed non-hotel guests to book them on an app called resort pass. So when we tried to spend the afternoon round the pool, we got asked to move by the staff because apparently someone had booked it (no reserved sign etc). The pool bar was also only open Thursday-Saturday for hotel guests, but these non-hotel guests who had reserved loungers, got drinks service especially for them (we were told we couldn’t order drinks from the waitress). It felt like we were less welcome - but we had paid over $1000 for three nights at the hotel.

Cleanliness and proximity to broadway. Breakfast was awesome!

It was a beautiful hotel. The beds were a little too firm for me. It was very clean. Staff was nice but didn't know much about the area when asked for recommendations on where to eat, how to get help with transportation. They do not have a shuttle to the airport. They did give me a number for a local person they use and he was wonderful but more expensive than a taxi with a flat rate. We ordered a waymo to get to our event and had to walk quite a distance to find it. The valet people told us the wrong way to go. We had an elderly person with us who has a hard time walking long distances so it was a little more difficult for her. They have a very steep driveway to negotiate to go down and up when heading towards broadway. Our air conditioner stopped working the last night and they sent someone up immediately to fix it which he did. They do have a small shop inside that you can pick up some necessary toiletry items, light snacks and drinks which was convenient. It was very quiet and had hot water and plenty of towels. Rooms were very climate controlled
