Small rooms, great location

Staff was awesome. Place was great. Awesome walk ability to everything around you. They even let us do late check out due to a later flight.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean throughout

Walked into room at night after going out to find a puddle of water at the front door. Called the front desk to advise them of problem, agent said we would send someone up to verify. After half an hour, went down to front desk to inquire. Said no one was there how could come and verify, and gave me a towel to soak up the water.

Friendly staff great hotel, and a perfect location

Very clean facility. The staff were so helpful. We were so close to the pedestrian bridge we walked across to attend the Post Malone concert. So convenient.

Walking distance to everything

If you don’t care then it is a nice place and staff are friendly and it’s close to Broadway

I must say that the staff here was much more friendly than the hotel next door by the same name. When she found out we were booked at Motto she just totally disregarded us. Won't stay there. At Motto, they were so friendly. Will be back.

We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent.

Walking distance to everything! Despite the size, the room still had a mini fridge and all the basics. Just needed the room to sleep. We spent all our time out and about.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Room was a little small and wheelchair access tub left water on the bathroom floor after showers.

Room was very small. You can hardly manage one medium size suitcase and able get around, forget two. Front door opens almost to the shelf, have to squeeze by to get inside, needs more towel hooks in BR., not even a small coffee maker in room, no in room food service option, not an easy access to ice machine (staff will get you ice when you ask). Still four stars, for people working their doing good job

To get it working when we asked. Parking is valet Only and 63.00 a night.

The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.

Location was perfect, centrally located to everything.. easy to walk to restaurants and downtown .. Room was small. But comfortable and clean.

We loved our stay at the Motto - it was just close enough to the Broadway bars without being right in the middle of it - a five-minute walk! The bar had great cocktails, and the staff was so friendly - highly recommend!
