Everything else was great, but that's a deal breaker for me as an older person who enjoys coffee like the rest of the world.

Perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Nashville!

Good

The room was smaller than I expected. Hardly room to put your suitcase anywhere without it being in the way. The air conditioning was not able to keep up, and our room was very warm. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Upon arrival (which was right at check in time at 4:00) the valet told me I couldn’t park with them because they were full. It stated when I booked my stay I did not need to reserve parking. I ended up parking across the street which would have been fine, but it cost me almost $200.

Exceptional

The hotel was in walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. The bar on the second floor was amazing. The staff was super nice. The hotel rooms were a tad bit on the smaller side. But other than that. My trip was amazing

They would not work with giving us a refund or partial refund when our flights got canceled.

Rooms are clean and modern, but tiny. Felt like a shoebox. Had other issues not related to the room, management was unwilling to help. Called customer service to no avail. Definitely will think twice before staying at any Hilton. They don't seem to care about their customers

Great location. Rooms are tiny! But it’s nice and a good safe spot. Valet is $63 a night!

Great staff and rooms. Not enough amenities

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are super friendly. The location is awesome. It’s a short 2 block walk to Broadway. The rooms are very small but functional.

Overall: great hotel and would stay there again! It was clean, modern, and convenient. The cons were that it is really hard to find, since there are limited signs on the main streets indicating where the hotel is, and Apple Maps couldn’t tell me where to go. Additionally, if you like the sleep in a cold room, this isn’t the place for you. It never got below 68 in the room in the middle of a 95+ weekend.
