Great place and location

The attention to detail in the hotel was incredible. We loved the unique wall art, the aesthetic, everything was beautiful. We literally took pictures of the hallways for decoration inspo! Cookies available 24/7! We got back late from a concert and the cookie/water station was closed

A few things, however, didn’t match what I thought I was booking. The rooftop pool is more of a small sitting or dipping pool. There is a much larger pool directly beside it that appears to belong to another building, which made the photos a little confusing. The pool itself was open, but the rooftop bar is only open Thursday through Saturday. I also thought there was a rooftop restaurant connected to the pool area, but the restaurant is actually downstairs. I was also disappointed with the room-service presentation. The photos suggested traditional room service served on a tray with real plates, but my food arrived upstairs in a takeout bag. After paying a service fee and a 20% tip—and purposely choosing room service instead of DoorDash—that was frustrating. However, the food itself was absolutely fantastic. These were small things that got on my nerves, but they did affect the experience because I specifically booked the hotel with those amenities in mind. That said, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, the food, the location, and the incredible customer service. We still had an amazing stay overall.

Excellent water pressure! Pillows are a 1 star, definitely could use more squish, super clean and staff was great to deal with, would stay again!

The hotel itself was very nice the parking situation on the other hand I did not like I wasn’t aware that u park in a parking garage and it charges u everytime you go in and out and by the hour of how long you are there I feel like that needs to be made aware to the guess when booking

Got charge for a resort fee but the pool was booked for private party l.

The location was great, very walkable to the main attractions around town. Hotel was clean and well equipped and everyone was really helpful!

The Hyatt Centric Nashville was perfectly located, state of the art, very clean, and a really nice restaurant. Service was outstanding in every way. I will stay there again on my next visit and will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I loved the room decor and location. I do think parking should be included. :)
