Pretty, fun wallpaper throughout the hotel, very stylish. It was nice that there is 4 elevators for all the customers. Convenient location close to Broadway, but not too close!

They had an amazing valet service and the security was on the job and made everything feel very safe with a half million visitors downtown to enjoy live music and fireworks. Highly recommend.

This hotel does have a $30 + tax and fees resort fee per night. I’m not sure that’s easy info to find elsewhere. The hotel was clean and modern.

Her warm attitude and excellent customer service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s always great to encounter someone who truly cares about the guest experience, and Jennifer is a perfect example of that. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We're from Ohio and the Nashville location is a top tier hotel! The staff was great in that we were three hrs early and they held our luggage til our room was ready. They got us in two hrs early. The room was clean and definitely the quietest hotel we've stayed at. We also liked the security of the location as well. Located close to Broadway too. I give this hotel all the stars it can get!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is located near a lot of great restaurants and sites. There is a liquor store and grocery store literally around the corner. Everyone was super friendly.
