The hotel staff were friendly. It would be helpful to have a quick tutorial at check in for how to use the key card for the elevator and prepaid parking. the little market is well stocked with decent food. I'm not sure why we got the handicapped room but it was nice and linens VERY clean. Easy access to Music City conference center and Broadway fun.

Room was tidied up on Saturday after I got the attention of the housekeeper and that’s always nice so I don’t have to do it. Her English was limited but she was nice and did a good job. Breakfast was probably one of the best for a complimentary breakfast. Staff were all nice and had no issues other than the bathroom floor being dirty, tv remote didn’t work properly but did work and the shower leaking causing a puddle near the toilet. I would visit again!

Our main light in the room did not work nor did they ever come and fix it. Originally we were in a very loud room but they did switch us.

This is the perfect spot to stay for proximity to Broadway. We have stayed twice now and the hotel is beautiful, very nice complementary breakfast and covered garage for the car.
