Room was very clean and staff accommodating and friendly. Our room was facing a tall apartment building that we could see the inside and I’m sure they can see us as well. So privacy is an issue.

The hotel was great! Couldn’t ask for a better location, just a short walk to Music Row. It was nice that in addition to the hotel kiosk there was a dollar general a very short walk away - almost virtually across the street. We had some loud people next to us but the staff took care of it promptly so the next night they were quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us in. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really good. Happy we booked here and would definitely stay again in the future.

Room bathroom was pretty dirty, I don't think they look at the back of a bathroom door like we have to, makeup and hand prints all over door, walls really dirty, moldy caulking. Lights wired wrong, had to turn on both switches to make lights turn on.

Parking at the property was on the more expensive side but it was simple to get in and out of. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Very nice hotel close to all the downtown Nashville attractions. We could walk to most places, a lot of good restaurants close by. Nice breakfast buffet was included. The parking seemed a little expensive at $55 a day but after talking to a local guide & finding out the pricing games some of the parking lots play it was that bad. Only thing that could have been better was if the room was cleaned more often. It was only done once in 4 days. Maybe at least every other day.

Loved the central location! Easy walk to Broadway. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was included and plenty to choose from.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They greeted us when we left and welcomed us back when we returned. Perfect location to the downtown area and easy to walk to. Still don’t like that we have to pay to park daily when we are already paying to stay there.

The lobby bar was the perfect spot to stop in before heading out for the evening and again when winding down afterward. And Levi, the bartender, is an absolute gem! I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Great quick trip. Very comfy beds and pillows, cool room, short walk to broadway. Only down side is If you want in the room any sooner they just don’t give it to you when ready. It’s an up charge to get in an hour or so sooner than 4:00
