The morning ladies at check in were very friendly answered any questions we had. Our room was cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotle offers different varieties of food. During breakfast buffet.

Pillows very old and had lumps in them hair in sink and shower.

The hotel was close to everything. They had a concert at the bar on Friday night. The dollar general steps away. The hotel was very nice and clean. The parking wasnt the best we drive a Cadillac Escalade and it was very tight parking. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Loved the breakfast. The included breakfast would make me pick this hotel again.

Absolutely perfect location and staff
-
room service sucked,There was no room service matter of fact and I was just really appreciative that I was in the middle of everything.

Walking distance to Broadway. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The staff were amazing the whole time we were there

Great hotel. The staff was exceptional !

The Hyatt Place is an excellent place to stay within walking distance to restaurants, museums, activities, and the world famous Broadway! The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean. Breakfast could have gone longer, (ends at 9:30AM) but the breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. The beds were comfy and the suite was perfect size for my family of 4. They even had live entertainment one night we were there. Nashville really is the Music City!

Location of this hotel is perfect for walking to the bars, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame. Upon arrival, we’re greeted by Marley with excellent service. There were no luggage carts available initially, but she went out of her way to look for one. Check in was smooth and easy. The bar area was nice with friendly servers. Breakfast was excellent! Well prepared hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles or pancakes, fruit yogurt, cereal. No non dairy creamer available. We had one problem during our visit that was not fixed until we brought it to the attention of the desk a second time. The bathroom sliding door would stick and required someone outside of the door to help the person stuck inside. But by the time we were leaving, it was clear the door was going to need repairs again. Hotel bar closes early at 11 pm and it’s difficult to find late night food. We attended a concert and couldn’t get food after 11 pm. No one would deliver due to traffic or early restaurant closure. Overall, we had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed our stay in such a convenient location.

Close to broadway and very kind!!

Would have liked a gift shop on site

Just three blocks south of Broadway, this hotel provided my wife and I a convenient launching place for the busy Nashville scene while not having too much of the high-energy atmosphere around it. Checkin and out is a bit crazy because of the limited curb space at the entrance but the staff was very helpful. Next time I will let them park my car.

The hotel was mostly clean though we found bed bugs in our room at 3AM and ended up leaving when we went to the front desk to checkout the desk attendant was sleeping at the desk and didn’t even wake up when I set the room keys on the counter in front of her so we just left crazy I have never had such an awful experience at a hotel before

It was a nice little area not too far but not to close. Staff were lovely and accomodating everytime. I stay in a lot of hotels and I was impressed

My only issue was having to ask 3 times in one day about getting towels for our room after it was cleaned earlier in the day. I had asked the cleaning staff in the hallway, the front desk clerk earlier in the afternoon then the front desk again at night. When I told the night front desk clerk about my towels needed replaced, she had a bit of annoyed attitude. I tried telling her I've already asked 2x before and she didn't seem to care about my concern as she was busy talking through her ear pods as I sat and waited and she attended guest. I understand when I approached her, everyone started coming in late needing something and I told her I'll wait since she made it aware to me, it was just her. And I did wait until she had a chance and I tried to tell her I was sorry but she just dismissed me and walked away. The walk to Broadway was great, literally a block or two away. Getting a Lyft to the hotel was great too. Hoping to visit another location soon in the future for our next travel.

The staff was so helpful! We had a group for breakfast and there was no seats so they set us up in a room to eat together. Went above and beyond! Friendly and helpful. Thank you!
