The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. We ate at Bacco restaurant on site, and had over the top service, and a great meal with cocktails and wine. The room was very comfortable with a superb view of the river and so close to all the action on Broadway. Overall, such a nice stay. We would go back again anytime we were in Nashville.

Myself and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. When checking in, the receptionist upgraded us into a suite, this made our stay even more special. This was the first time i've stayed in a four seasons, i will without a doubt be back! Amazing hotel!

We really enjoyed the pool area, and the food was consistently delicious and always arrived in a timely manner Compliments to Chef Marijan Radojevic!! We had the pleasure of stopping to chat with him one evening, and he was so pleasant and welcoming We would definitely stay here again My only small complaint was that there wasn’t a traditional iron in the room—only a steamer I’m definitely more of an iron girl, and the steamer just didn’t quite do the job for me Otherwise, a fantastic stay and a beautiful hotel

Room was very nice although a little small. Pool/ roof terrace was excellent.

Beautiful hotel the rooms were excellent and clean. The beds are amazing as are the pillows! The staff is always very kind and courteous and the restaurant at the hotel is amazing!!

The hotel was nice and very clean. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Our only negative experience during our stay was with the bartender at Bacco Bar. He was very rude and unwilling to accommodate a very simple request so we could take our dessert to the room rather than eat it at the bar.

Would highly recommend the four seasons for accommodations and location

Great location to broadway and Nissian Stadium! Had view of the river and was perfect! And can’t say enough how wonderful all of the staff was too!

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Broadway. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made our stay special by putting balloons and rose pedals on the bed. The staff was very friendly.
