The hotel was nice and very clean. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Our only negative experience during our stay was with the bartender at Bacco Bar. He was very rude and unwilling to accommodate a very simple request so we could take our dessert to the room rather than eat it at the bar.

Great location to broadway and Nissian Stadium! Had view of the river and was perfect! And can’t say enough how wonderful all of the staff was too!

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Broadway. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made our stay special by putting balloons and rose pedals on the bed. The staff was very friendly.

What an incredible hotel. Fantastic Location, Luxury rooms and Incredible Service. We were welcomed with some special surprises in our room for our celebrations, very thoughtful and kind. The staff were exceptional, from the lobby to the pool. Very high standard that we very much appreciated during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nashville, you will not regret. We were close and walking distance to everything happening in Nashville - can't wait to return again. Amazing and thankyou gain to everyone at Four Seasons in Nashville....
