Very nice place to stay

Supervisor was rude when we checked in. I walked up to check inand she was super stressed and all she said was “name”. We had reserved a top floor and were moved to lower floor and didn’t receive coffee and snack that we have received with higher floor. Only lukewarm water when showering. Definitely will not stay there again.

I didn’t like that the restaurant/bar wasn’t open when I wanted to eat there.

Very small pool. Very hot gym/work out facilities. Some staff not friendly or approachable. However, clean, good beds and good location.

I wish there was free coffee and tea service. Paying $4 for hot water and tea bag felt steep. Otherwise, great location, service, sports bar, and overall hotel.

Convenient location, hotel room was a little dingy but not too bad

They didnt honor 3rd party rewards, so I wasnt able to check in early. We did not receive our complimentary breakfasts, but they did give us the 20% off a food or drink coupon. I just wish that no matter where you book from you would get the offers promised. It's very contradictory.

Great stay overall! The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were clean. The only thing I would suggest is having the carpets professionally cleaned, as they could use a refresh. I also really appreciated the security feature of the room key controlling elevator access—you could only access your assigned floor (other than the lobby, parking garage, and pool/gym level), which made the hotel feel much more secure.

It took a very long time to get hot water. Then this morning we couldn't get cold. There are no hooks in the bathroom for robe, etc. Poor selection of coffee products in room. No guide on t.v. I do want to say that your staff was very professional and courteous at all times.

Tried to get understandable directions from calling the hotel 3 times, but the most we got was the address and to turn at a certain street. Found the address next door, but no hotel and no signs where it should be... We paid in advance, but after over an hour trying to find the hotel, we decided to leave Nashville and try to get some rest at a rest stop on I65. So we lost $200 and wasted lots of time with no effective support from the staff when trying to clarify their location. Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn & Suites hotel...
