Really everything was great room was clean, got a free drink! Close to the bars we had a good stay at the hotel.

The beds were hard and they put a white powder substance on the beds. Which made me itch.

This hotel was in the perfect area to walk and see the town. The staff were super friendly and they allow pets.

The room was a little dated but generally clean, aside from a few hairs that were missed during housekeeping. The ice machine on my floor also didn't work for the entire week I was there. I mentioned it to the staff, but it was never repaired. While inconvenient, that wasn't a major issue. The bed bugs, however, were a very serious issue. I was bitten repeatedly for two nights before finally finding a bed bug on my bed. At that point I realized the bites were not from mosquitoes or poison ivy as I had initially suspected. The bug I found was so engorged with blood that it could barely move, and the hotel staff saw it themselves. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately I continued getting bites. Before fully acknowledging the problem, the hotel required an outside pest control company to perform an inspection, despite the evidence that had already been found. The staff was apologetic throughout the process, and they did not charge me for the room, which I appreciated. That said, I honestly would have preferred to pay for my stay than experience bed bugs and now have to worry about potentially bringing them home. While there were several positive aspects to the hotel, the bed bug issue overshadowed everything else and made for an extremely stressful experience.

The breakfast included was amazing couldn’t order off the menu & the pool and amenities were great! They asked for $75 USD to check into our room earlier than 3pm even though it was available and ready regardless? Seems like a money grab and not really good business to try and charge almost $100 to check in a couple hours earlier

Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities and location!

This hotel has an awesome location! Walking distance to everything we needed to do. The hotel also offers great amenities like a pool and lobby with games and a bar with happy hour. We traveled with our teenage children and the hotel was family friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend.

Great hotel! Location is close to Broadway...easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is well maintained.

The pool was the ultimate let down! And that was the only amenity !!

The hot was was mot on from the beginning of our trip on June 25th to June 27th. No fault of the hotel but a very horrible inconvenience.

Clean rooms with all amenities. The only real negative was the parking. Over $80 is way too pricey. Even self park was $60.
