The room was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, nice size room and decent location to downtown. I would stay here again.

The staff and the room were excellent. Location to most attractions is good. Had a great stay. One star taken off for not providing me with the itemized invoice at the end of my stay. They said it would be Emailed to me but I still have not received.

Staff here was excellent and super helpful. We were there during a heat wave and the AC in our first room had frozen up because it was working so hard, and this caused a leak on the carpet. The front desk responded immediately by switching us to another room with no fuss, even though I know they were busy. Hotel also has a little game room in the lobby, nice little grab and go type market (the Bodega) and a sports bar with good drinks and pretty good food as well. Good place to stay if you want to be near Broadway, the arena, or a reasonable walk from the stadium.

Loved the location. The lady who checked us in was GREAT! (Tori) Did not see the value in the price. 900.00 for 2 nights and then 125.00 for parking. When we went to the room the door was open and someone had be working on the air conditioner without alerting the the front desk. Had to go back down to the front desk and ask for another room. Also, room was not cleaned between nights. Had to call for clean towels and then was told they only clean the room if you ask.

Great stay- great location! Walked to Nissan stadium for a concert. Parking was pricey - but that’s unfortunately the usual for this area. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Clean, great location and friendly staff

We checked in early our room wasn’t ready, they took our car and luggage. When we returned they said they no longer had a room for us even though we had already paid for the entire amount before we arrived. Absolutely horrible service!!

The staff were friend , the room was clean. I will stay there again. The location was perfect to where I was going.

Rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of storage space and public areas were also, very clean. Staff across the board were extremely helpful with specific call out to the Bodega coffee shop. Food was great and bar staff again, very attentive. I used the valet parking and my car was brought round within 5 mins of requesting, their texts and app were really easy to use. It was two of my family members' first time in Nashville and they were very impressed with the hotel which made the overall stay a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
