Breakfast was good. Nice rooms. Clean and well maintained. Water pressure in shower was not great. Barn doors on bathroom are not ideal. Very little privacy if sharing a room.

The restaurant on site was great and convenient. We did have to wait almost an hour at check in because our room wasn't ready. The room was spacious and clean.

Location, staff and rooms were wonderful! The cost for parking is high.

Great location. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had updated bathroom. Good breakfast and nice that there was a bar with outdoor and indoor seating.

On the down side, I paid extra for a stay on the 15th floor with a snack cart and coffee. The water was always empty, the coffee was always cold, and they never refilled items, especially the coffee creamers. I asked 3 times on multiple days for the creamer to be refilled and was ignored every time. Shower pressure in the room is terrible and there is a metal plate in the shower that catches every drip of the water and is so loud.

Clean room with neat city view. Beds were comfortable. I like the walk in shower. Seemed a little far for where we needed to be during the day, but it wasn’t bad.

Very clean. Staff super. Great room. Only thing I can say might be helpful is the lighting in bathroom is not good for putting on makeup. Would definitely stay there again if in Nashville .
