We enjoyed the view (king corner suite) and the valet employees. When we arrived about 25 minutes before check in, we weren't told about any of the amenities or what to do while we waited for our room. After our check in time passed, we had to approach the front desk to ask when our room would be ready. The front desk employee apologized and said a $100 credit would be added to our room. We weren't given any check in instructions or directions when the room was finally ready. When we went to the rooftop on the top floor the second day, there were large roaches. Also, the ceiling in our bathroom was in rough shape. The valet employees were amazing. Very welcoming and kind. But the front desk employees and lack of information and help during check in and check out wasn't the best. I also am not 100% sure if the credit was received on my end. I paid an additional $200 upon arrival and a separate valet fee.

Staff was wonderful and hotel was very clean. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and closed for 2/4 days of our stay. Had I known this information ahead of time I definitely would have booked another comparable hotel with a working and open pool deck. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the roof top pool.

if you want top-tier the ultimate luxury and relaxation stay here! If I want to sleep great I'm coming here. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. You're not gonna get the same level

Location is great, we drove a car but did Uber rides to Broadway were under $6.00. Safely partying and not driving. Staff, including check-in, valet, bellman and housekeeping were there for anything needed within minutes. Love this Luxury Collection Hotel. Donna K
