The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville

I love the spa. The body scrub was amazing. The rooftop pool was super fun and I loved how they had waiters walk around with little hors d’oeuvres to serve to us. The hotel is extremely close to Broadway, but far enough to where you don’t get all the noise. The room was amazing and the view of spectacular.

Everything was exceptional. Convenient location near all the activities. We had breakfast at Yolan multiple times and it was great!

The rooms were very comfortable and the beds super plush. Annoyed that the pool closed so early particularly given how hot it was. Also the cost of the cabanas was excessive. As they were often empty you would think that the pricing structure would be revised.

Very clean, staff were kind and helpful when they could be. Pool was very nice but it closes at 6pm which to a lot of guests was very disappointing. The fitness studio has a decent amount of cardio equipment but virtually no weights or machines aside from dumbbells up to about 45lbs and one cable machine. Location is great.

Good location but was only for one night. But nice size bathroom. Mattresses were terrible, broken and sunken.

I loved staying here and would do so again. It is walkable to all the attractions and has 3 bars (good luck finding the hidden one...) and a pool on the roof to sip wine and enjoy the evening lights. Staff was super friendly. Bed and pillows were both comfortable. Excellent stay and I recommend it with ease.

Good service esp. pool side. Pleasant staff at all times - in the lobby. Great staff and drinks at the Speakeasy bar on 2nd floor. Horrible housekeeping service. First anniversary trip. No housekeeping for the room all nights. Had to ask for water and coffee pods, towels. One night turn down while we were out for dinner. Gold Bonvoy member also, so expected a bit more.

Room wasn’t ready and had to wait about one hour, absolutely no light in the bathroom and the coffee was terrible. Not what I expected to get for $900 a night.

Excellent property. Spa was great. Staff was excellent. My room was comfortable. Meals at the restaurant was terrific. All 10’s from me.

The property was clean, great location, walkable to broadway. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely stay again!

customer service was lacking and dismissive.

When we arrived about 25 minutes before check in, we weren't told about any of the amenities or what to do while we waited for our room. After our check in time passed, we had to approach the front desk to ask when our room would be ready. The front desk employee apologized and said a $100 credit would be added to our room. We weren't given any check in instructions or directions when the room was finally ready. When we went to the rooftop on the top floor the second day, there were large roaches. Also, the ceiling in our bathroom was in rough shape. The valet employees were amazing. Very welcoming and kind. But the front desk employees and lack of information and help during check in and check out wasn't the best. I also am not 100% sure if the credit was received on my end. I paid an additional $200 upon arrival and a separate valet fee.
